A friend found this place. Very friendly hosts and clean simple rooms. Convenient walking distance to downtown fun. Chincy on the food. Older but practical place to stay but don't make it your destination.

My wife and I stayed here during the spring Mountain View Bluegrass Festival! We felt more welcome here than anyplace we’ve ever been! The breakfast was fabulous! Very comfortable room with a great bed and very soft sheets and great pillows. On the second morning we were surprised with great bluegrass music from local musicians just before our breakfast! Absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much, Chad and Jodie! We will definitely be back! John and Valerie Stone

Warm and inviting stay in Mountain View

My daughter and I made a last minute decision to go hiking the weekend of 11-19-21. We had a great time. Mrs Debbie is really nice. The place is cozy and inviting. We slept really well and the breakfast was delicious. I high recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This was a last minute, 4 day stay and we were treated as royalty each and every day! The breakfast beats any breakfast at any hotel/motel and on our last day (we were the only people there) we asked them to make us a light breakfast and it was scrumptious and they even added some of their pears from their own tree! We were so humbled by the love that they showed us and will positively be back!

This was the best stay. The room was great. The bed was so cozy. The smell on coffee and bacon woke me up. Breakfast was the best. Debbie was wonderful. She walked coffee out to my husband where he was sitting in the car. The conversation at breakfast was fun. I can't wait to go back.
