Este hotel fica logo ao lado da linda Charleston. Basta você atravessar a ponte, que é rápida e estará na cidade, sem preocupações com distâncias pois é perto. Chegamos a noite no hotel e quando abrimos a porta do quarto (que tem uma mini cozinha e isso é bom), nos deparamos com um cheiro de bolor bem grande. Como já era noite, não foi possível localizar a gerente que viria no dia seguinte. Outro ponto: o hotel serve muffins & café como café da manhã, e não tem área de café da manhã. No dia seguinte reportei o problema à Sra. Gloria Smalls que foi super solícita, pedi um reembolso total das 2 diárias mas ela só não fez pois eu tinha reservado via hoteis.com, se eu tivesse feito direto com o hotel, seria reembolsado 100% segundo o que ela falou e eu acredito. Ao invés disso ela me deu um voucher para 1 noite em qualquer Extended Stay que tem validade de 1 ano. Achei esta atitude muito positiva e profissional. Em nosso check-in também fomos muito bem recebidos. Recomendo ao hotel que faça uma revisão nos quartos para eliminar o cheiro de bolor e melhore o café da manhã, caso eu não tenha opção eu até ficaria de novo, mas como 2a escolha.

Mathew on the front desk was very helpful. The room was pleasant enough with everything you would need for your stay. We understood you could hire crockery, pans etc if you needed to cook. The hotel was very convenient for Charleston being a mere ten minute drive to the centre. There were plenty of eateries around the area of the hotel. Would recommend a stay here.

Claudia was more than helpful in my time with extended stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, there really wasn’t even a complaint, she just patiently helped with an issue. She was truly great.

This was a last minute stay since we were stuck in Mt pleasant. The staff was super nice and helpful! Our room was very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend it. The bathroom was clean and the kitchenette was free of stains. The breakfast was advertised as "hot" but it was only grab and go items. You could microwave some oatmeal or grits if you liked. But mostly cereal bars granola bars and muffins individually packaged.

Corrected an Expedia issue

Just finished driving 9 hours,picked up my son from College and went to check in. Unfortunately when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. I booked with Expedia through the AARP website. I had changed the reservation with trip insurance and was refused a credit, eventhough I booked the same hotel. Long story short. The hotel staff is great, Joy was able to get me in while I was on hold for an with Expedia. The room is clean and has everything you need. As for Expedia never using them or AARP travel again.
