Spacious and budget room with good location

I was little bit worried about the noise because this hotel locates in the shopping center, but it's very quiet and calm. Moreover you still have an advantage of being close to the supermarket.
You would walk to the old Town easily it only takes about 10min. to the Chang Phueak Gate and San Dok gate. Around the building there're also many cheap and delicious local food.
It could be little weird since the lobby shares the same floor with a theater the upper floors where the rooms are very cozy and nice. It's true that the interior is a bit out-dated, I didn't have any complaints about my room because it was spacious, budget and clean. The bed got old, though, I could hear springs everytime I move my body. But except that everything good.

We were searching for the room at the last minute and we came across this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, we didn't really stay in the room during the day and we usually put the sign for the housekeepers to clean our room.
Cons: The maid didn't clean the floor, there were some trash under the bed from the previous guests. We found small cockroaches in the bathroom almost every time we used the toilet and once a bigger one near the fridge. No small towels. The decors in the room are outdated and a bit creepy for me. The wifi was weak. We could hear people next door using the shower and often when they flushed as well. The room was not soundproof either, we could hear when people were talking in the hall. We tried the breakfast buffet once, and there wasn't so much for us to choose from. I also don't like the fact that the hotel is located in the mall area.
Pros: Apart from being located in the mall, the location is perfect for anyone who likes to walk to the mall (Maya) or to Nimman area. You can also easily get a tuktuk or the red cars in front of the hotel/mall. The price per room per night was relatively cheap comparing to the other budget hotels in the same range and also we got a nice deal for booking last minute too.
Antique and clean

My wife and me stayed in this hotel for 5 nights for a conference. This hotel is connected with Lotus hotel. For me, the price was good for our purpose compere to Lotus hotel and the conference was just near Baan Din Ki lobby.
We can find easily food and groceries becase there is a mall below the hotel. 711 can be found acroos the street and at night there are quit good food stalls around 711. Moreover, there is laundry shop behind the hotel and there is an all-you-can eat steamboat restaurant, super cheap! You just need to pay 99 baht.
Every weekend, a small night market held infront of the mall.

wifi was not stable, located at a shopping mall, kadsuankeaw mall. Rooms are a bit old. air cond was bit noisy. walking to wat Phra Singh, or Sunday walking street market will take about 20mins. it cost 40baht to and from the old city.

I'd booked 3 rooms in December 2016 for 2 nights, for myself and friends. The hotel was refurbished from an old hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price, with windows overlooking west side of the city & Mt.Suthape, nice. It was in the same building (or connected) with a big department store. Easy walk in the building to shopping and eating. In the opposite site of the road, there's night market and cheap food stalls. Easy to get around the city using public transportation 'red car (or si lor)' waiting in front of the department store.
Negative side: Dated, old style decoration, insufficient lightings, couldn't expect so much of professional services from staffs, signs to the parking lot and way out were not clearly labeled.
