Excellent Service
The hotel staff was very cooperative and understanding right from the beginning. We were upgraded to a suite to fit our family requirements, the service was excellent and the hotel room was very spacious and clean. we didn't have any kind of trouble and the hotel is located at the center of the market place so everything is nearby. The breakfast service was good as well and the hotel took care of our transport too. 10/10 would recommend.
Loved Food
Service was great and staff was friendly and extremely supportive. In-house restaurants provide quality food and the complimentary breakfast is a big plus, this property won't let you down. Love food over here.
Very comfortable and clean hotel with excellent service
Right from the beginning, the staff was very polite and helpful. The check-in process was very smooth. The hotel rooms were well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was really good and the variety of the food available was great. Overall service was excellent, we had a very good experience staying here. The location is also perfect and close to the airport.
Excellent service
The hotel is in the center and very convenient to go to different places. The hotel itself is very clean, extremely good and efficient staff, very helpful in every way. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. Hot water with lot of force for 24 hours. Bed sheets and pillow covers were changed everyday and the furniture in the room was very clean. The staff always helped whenever asked for directions or any recommendations for restaurants. One incident that I must share with all is when one of my friends came to the hotel with her family, and our room was not sufficient to host them, the hotel management just gave us a on their penthouse apt their gallery with all facllities such as air condition and room service and did not charge us on this service at all. We really appreciated it very much. The management, the receptionist as well as services such as laundry was very efficient. Regarding the food I cannot give any opinion since we did not use them at all due to religious issues on Kosher food. We also did not use the Spa so cannot comment on it.
