worst hotel in juhu not value for money at all and can be avoided forever, a complete rundown place and a complete ripoff, we booked 2 rooms from which in one room the ceiling was leaking, we complained the reception and they didn't took any notice of it at all. avoid avoid....

Poor service and dirty rooms

I was in Mumbai on a work trip and I needed a budget hotel as near as possible to Juhu. I never expected that the hotel could be so bad! I got my room changed because the first room they gave me was super dirty and the toilet flush was broken. I kept up with the secind room (still not very clean) although the bed was super uncomfortable. After two nights, not been able to sleep properly I checked out and looked for another hotel. I was very surprised when the reception guy gave me a bill higher than what I expected cause I had been charged a "LUXURY FEE"!!! For what, I really don't know..Anyway, I really do not reccommend the place to anyone

The hotel provides an awesome view and location is really amazing damn close to beach. One needs to book in advance to get the proper view rooms. I visited with family and they were really happy with the hotel people and I would recommend people for this hotel

This hotel provided my daughter nervous with being in Mumbai on her own with well beyond their duty of care. they advised and guided her on her excursions and even made sure she woke up in time to get her flight back to London, printing her ticket in the process. The hotel was clean and is in a great location, she was extremely comfortable and never felt unsafe. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough. she would not have had more hospitality in the Taj.Also close to airport so ideal on way in and out or for longer stays.

Everything was fine with stay, we booked through make my trip, as per there hotel policy they didn't provide internet service. Room were quite spacious. Food is good. The best part is the location and Sea viewing rooms
