Had a very short but very pleasant stay
Highlights - Safe for Kids/Family, Location of the property is the us USP Liked - Food, most of the staff is courteous Disliked - personally felt some staff members had some kind of prejudice for local customers. Verdict: Overall good, If I dont have better choice for quick stay, will chose this hotel again.
Excellent Hotel
Hotel location and property is superb. Right from reception all the staff is very courteous and prompt. rooms are not that big but very elegantly designed and super clean. dinner in room service was excellent. Breakfast was good but spread was small. Will definitely visit again
Good hotel, great location.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The location takes the cake. If you are in South Bombay for official purposes, this is the most convenient place to stay in this price.
Small room bad infrastructure !!
The room was old smelly and like a cave.. No water in the shower in the morning !!! I got late for my meeting .. the staff is polite but the hotel needs to upgrade their infrastructure .. bedside drawer broken with wires hanging out .. bathroom was dirty and not up to mark !

The location is excellent near the Arab sea front and very close to all restaurants the room was clean and very big the staff on the front desk were excellent and helpful , staff in restaurant excellent the breakfast was amazing and the staff were helpful and friendly, I am sure when I come back to Mumbai I will stay in this hotel, it is not far from the gate of India, you could go there by foot, in general everything was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel for family and friends, and I would like to thank very much all staffs in the front desk and staff in the two restaurants .
