Room service bad, old towels no sleeper’s, bed covering was too old and they charge me 5000 for stain on bedcover 😡

Experience was terrible,They was charging me 5000 for a stain on bedcover and manager was so bad he wast my time and finally I pay 3000 for stain. Manager was so weird, bed cover was old , bath towels dirty

We had a very comfortable and memorable stay. The food is amazing and rooms are very comfortable to stay. Staff and service is excellent. This was our first visit in mumbai and in future will stay again here. Spa service is upto the mark and they have very cozy gym with well maintained amenities

The location was very close to my work area so i chose this hotel despite the reasonably high price. I was staying in the Deluxe room which is their smallest room category (Rs 5300 incl bf and taxes). The closet and bathroom were decent (pretty much what you expect in a 4-star in Mumbai, but room itself was TINY. I have stayed in many hotels in Mumbai before, even cheaper ones, but never stayed in something so tiny. That's definitely something they should consider improving or offering for much cheaper rates. Breakfast was very disappointing, they should increase variety for sure!

Don't be fooled by the "Empresa" name, there is nothing premium about this hotel. I checked in for 3 nights because I needed a break and I choose this hotel because it's close to home. I checked in, they gave me a room on the 8th floor (the top floor). The staff is somewhat hospitable, nothing compared to the likes of the Trident, Taj or even Sofitel. I was exhausted and wanted to indulge in a jolt of caffeine, i.e. dip tea /coffee. Imagine my surprise when I check the kettle in the room only to find rust at the nozzle and in the mesh. I've attached a picture for your reference. Obviously, I avoided all things related to the kettle throughout my stay. No caffeine, I figured a hot shower would do the trick. Alas, there is no hot water! I called up the reception and they retorted with a "Leave the water running for 15 minutes". 15 minutes?! In a city that has a scarcity of water, with no mention of water harvesting or recycling, they wanted me to keep the shower head running for a good 15 minutes for "hot water". Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I notice black mould in the corners of the shower area. Really?! This is what one ought to expect from a 4* property? I've attached a pic for your reference. I wasn't sure how clean the sheets, bed or even the floor may have been considering my experience with the bath area and I decided to snoop around a little. Surprise, Surprise! I found so much dirt near our friend, the kettle, that I almost barfed. Attached another picture for your reference. I would highly recommend you choose any other hotel, maybe Svenska or any other 5* a little further away from this side of town. Finally, the breakfast spread, if you can call it that, is nothing to write home about. The eggs were over cooked, no cold cuts or meats, the paratha was mealy, the fruits weren't ripe and the water was also served in a glass as opposed to tiny bottled water. The only decent thing here was the pot of tea that I ordered from room service. Avoid this place; you, your wallet and your significant other will thank me!

We had made booking for our group at Loco Loca Bistro for the birthday celebration of one of our colleague. The chef; staff; manager every one went out of the way in making this evening of ours special & memorable. Food is yummy; staff is courteous & excellent service........
