Not too many hotels to choose from off this exit. My first impression was it was just ok. By the time I got to our room I was quiet disappointed. We’ve never stayed in a Quality Inn. We can tell they have made efforts to update it however I hope they’re not done. Some things still need attention such as the sofa sleeper, curtains etc. I do agree the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is typical hotel food. The staff were really friendly and I appreciated that.

It’s been a while since I’ve stayed at a QI. This place was updated, sleek, modern, and a great use of space. The bed and pillows comfy. I would have given this a 5, but when I got up to shower in the morning, I noticed a few stray hairs that were left from someone before me.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is edible (about what one would expect at similar chain hotels). The desk clerk (Manu) was efficient and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Middle Tennessee.

We were surprised that while this was clean there was a definite lack of towels and front desk service. The breakfast was of minimal quality and variety. The best thing was there were USA Todays available during the week and it is walking distance to Cracker Barrel

Stayed here for one night. Room walls were splattered with brown stains by the sink. Black mold in the shower. Took a shower and the water pressure was so bad you couldn’t get the soap/shampoo to rinse off. The carpeted floor was damp and had many divots in it. The mattresses were sunken in. The room lamps and shelves had a thick layer of dust on them. The hotel has sprayers in the hallway that emit massive amounts of air freshener to mask the dirty smell. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
