Dump. I am sorry, it is a dump. It was not dirty, but a dump. No elevator, rooms a joke. 1 towel never changed in 2 nights. Bed? I would not call that a bed. Clock broken. Worth $5/night. Cafe a joke.

We decided to booked in this hotel so from booking.com it’s around 548 uah when we checked in we paid 718 uah the receptionist told us that it’s for parking fee and tourist tax included? Seriously? First of all hotels should give free parking for their guests I was shook. Another thing their pool wasn’t free... are you kidding me???? So we went to our room receptionist gave us some normal key. I was expecting a nice room well I got disappointed the room needs renovation the amenities also furnitures should be upgraded it’s really awful. There’s only 2 small pillows in the bed. Though receptionist was friendly but this hotel looks like horror. Overall verdict 5/10.

Having stayed at a number of Ukraine hotels now, this was much more than expected, in a town where everything appears a step down from major cities. Yes it is dated - but classy dated not fallling apart awful dated. There is no elevator. So twice - arrive and depart - you have to manouver bag via stairs. No biggy. The rooms. Twice size of anything to date. Seriously it was great. Great big crt TV - i didnt try it. Bathroom - roomy but dated. But for me, is much better than a fancy bathroom that i can not fit into. Some people had broken air con or fridge. I was just lucky i guess. And - the softest bed of last 5 hotels. Which in ukraine seem to be wood plank. Lastly breakfast. A simple affair but was the most enjoyable to date. Selection of traditional items and a fresh cooked simple omelet. Very enjoyable. If they could inject some personality into the front desk girl, it would be a bit more welcoming. Overall i liked it very much. Would definately stay again.

I was in this city for business trip, I did't see this city before This city is very good and nice Also this hotel is very good and comfortable Notice that you can't find elevator here! Breakfast is good but not very different The staff are very kind Internet is very good Hotel equipped with good bar; restaurant; swimming pool; .... Totally it's good

Average hotel with positive and negative points

let me start with positive points, this hotel is located near city centre close to the walking street and the bank of Inhul river (if I am not wrong with the name), it is located in a peaceful area that is ideal for walking especially in the morning, there are nice green area in the vicinity. I got a junior suite that was sufficiently big and clean and apparently renovated. the price is really low compared to the hotel price in other parts of the world. the receptionists are nice with good sense of responsibility. the drawbacks of the hotel are its old style, small and old lobby, no lift, and more importantly simple and low quality breakfast. all in all, if you get junior rooms that are bigger and more stylish you can have a good stay in ingul hotel provided that you do not care about lack of luxurious appearances.
