Stayed in the Presidential suite and was disappointed for what we got for the price they charge for the room; $5000 peso (~$100USD). Additional charges apply for 5 or more guests. Pros: The room is quite large and spacious to relax in. The room has a queen and a full size bed which will accommodate a family of 5 just fine. There was space in the room to fit a twin size bed to accommodate additional guest also. The A/C works great and kept the room cool all day. We had a oscillating fan that helped distribute the cool air in the room to keep it nice and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would give them a 5/5. Cons: The bathroom is in dire need of help; it needs a complete remodel. The bathroom has two standing showers and one jacuzzi tub. The tub is only for display only and can't be use. The tub is so large that it takes up about 60% of the bathroom. One of the showers is on an elevated platform with a normal drain but the drain leads to a small opening at the base of the platform which floods the bathroom floor with the used dirty soapy water which then flows into a floor drain in the opposite side of the bathroom. After taking a shower, the floor is completely flooded about an 1/2 inch (1.5cm) high and walking across the floor because a safety hazard. We almost slipped a few time walking across the floor. In order to not fall, we had to ask the staff to provide us a mop and a bucket so we can mop up after each shower. The other shower is also elevated but as you step into the shower, the floor sinks about an inch. We did not use this shower in fear of cracking the base of the shower. I am not a health inspector or plumbing specialist for the Philippines but I don't think this is the right way to drain water from the showers. I had gone to another hotel/resort near by and this is not the way they had their drains setup We upgraded to the Presidential suite from the another room hoping it would be a better experience but it was not. I do not write reviews at all but this time I had to do it. I hope this review will help the owner, if they read it, to improve conditions of their hotel. In a nutshell, we will not stay in this place the next time we are visiting the town.

Far from town proper, a bit expensive

The place is a bit expensive considering the location. Located along the main hiway (AH or Maharlika Hiway), within the Regal Plaza and Petron Gas Station. The place is good for travelers, a drive inn hotel good for one car per cabin.

We stayed 6 nights all the staff were very friendly and helpful, only concern was the water supply in the bathroom, plenty of it but due to the plumbing using old or metal pipes the odour of the water was not that good, apart from that we would definitely stay there again, and would certainly recommend to others
