Good price, adequate room
Avaliou em 6 de dezembro de 2017
This place isn't fancy, and in fact shows its age, but its location is excellent and the price is remarkably low, about the same as a Toyoko room but with double the space and lacking breakfast. It's in the center of the city, a five minute walk from the nearest monorail station (your can take it directly from the airport to the hotel) and right on a main avenue if you want a taxi. The touristy shopping street is less than ten minutes by foot. Neighborhood restaurants were all around. We liked the ramen shop on a corner two blocks west. There is no lobby, just a front desk, but the staff was pleasant and helpful. Don't expect much English. I don't understand why one reviewer found it strange. It wasn't strange, just old. No breakfast is provided, but with restaurants all around and many convenience stores (Family Mart, Lawson's, etc.) that wasn't a problem. We bought food to take back to our room. Our room was large enough, and had a machine that both washed and dried our laundry. They also have a drying rack. Detergent from the front desk was cheap, about 30 yen. Although our room had a kitchen, it wasn't equipped with pots and pans or other cooking gear. Just a few plates. However, the microwave and refrigerator were useful. Free internet. Parking available for several cars. Fun watching the car elevator store them. If we return to Naha we'd think about staying here again. Everything considered, I doubt you'd find anything better at this price. Anything better would be much more expensive.

Fantastic location and price

Great location for connecting with the metro from the airport and to Shurijo Castle Park. There is on site parking which is a bonus as its considerably cheaper than other parking in the area. The staff are helpful nd as informative as they can be and will help with car hire and sight seeing bookings. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge freezer and hot plate. There is even a washing machine in the room and heating for those cold winter nights. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance and Kokusai Dori Street (International Street) is also within easy walking distance. Nearby there is a very wide choice of local restaurants with simple English menus and convenience stores on almost every corner. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay.

Had 14 nights in PeaceLand Kume and it was OK,... the Location was ideal for us, the rooms were OK.. but well equipped, washing machine, micro, TV.. beds.. shower... The rooms are a bit shabby.. but OK if you are not planning to be in them too much.. Our room was a little tight for 2 sharing, no place for cases. I would consider staying here again, but would try others around first.. It is quite hard to find.. look for the large blue sign... also found that some taxi drivers had no clue where it was..

Very strange place

I have stayed at many hotels, guest houses, minshukus, pensions throughout Japan and Okinawa, but this place is one of the creepiest places I have been to. Actually, first time in my life, I had 2 hotel rooms in one night. I realized I did not want to stay here and found another room that night. Went back to this dump and told them I was checking out. Yes, money down the drain. Such an old dirty place. Elevator carpet must have about 100 stains on it. There was just something about this place from the staff to the rooms, was unbearable that I had to spend extra money on another room. The room change ( they gave me a smoking room despite my nonsmoking reservation), was not helpful either. There was also NO English signage for the hotel name. Unless you can read Japanese characters, you won't find this place. ( which is a good thing)

Good location at inexpensive room rates

The hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from monorail & Kokusai Street. Staff speaks very basic English which is sufficient throughout our stay. Have stayed in a double bed room which size is alright. Room is also equipped with small cooking stove, microwave and washing machine which are good for long stay. Only downsides are there is not a designated area to put our luggage and the bed is hard. The room rate is considerably low and there is a car rental company behind the hotel.
