Reasonable hotel in a perfect location

Avaliou em 9 de janeiro de 2020

Nice hotel in a great location to explore Naha or to travel further afield. The room is of a good size, clean and tidy with everything you needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, even though some of them might not speak English at all. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Wet clothes stench all over the suffocating room

Avaliou em 6 de janeiro de 2019

Ryukyu Sun Royal Hotel, where we spent most of our time in Okinawa, had a good location being just a few minutes walk from Asahibashi monorail station and the Naha Bus Station making travel within and around Naha convenient. Like a lot of hotels in central Naha, the building was old and renovation is long overdue. All of that would’ve been fine but the dirty wet clothes smell filled the room and without being able to open the window, it was quite unbearable. The triple room was an extremely tight fit making it difficult to move around. Lack of electrical outlets was also an issue. It was an all around uncomfortable stay and one of the worst hotel experiences in Japan.

Small and basic hotel

Avaliou em 9 de fevereiro de 2017

We stayed there for a night. The room was small and clean. It is a very basic hotel. The breakfast was good and delicious with various choices. The waiter was Nepalese and can speak english fluently. But the receptionist can't understand english.

Basic Hotel near to Monorail Station

Avaliou em 28 de junho de 2016

Hotel is situated 15 minutes from Naha Domestic/International Airport and 5 mins walk from Asahibashi Station. The hotel is not a fancy or new hotel. We stayed in a Twin Room for 4 nights. It has all the basic needs and the room is not big. The room comes with 2 super-single bed and toilet is small, bathtub is about 1ft shorter than normal. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Kokusai Dori and it will take another 20 minutes to walk to the end of the street. You can take the monoroail to Makishi Station and start the shopping from the other end instead. Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

Big mistake

Great hotel close to monorail, but after that if just doesn't do anything rooms are small and in need of a major renovation. Breakfast selection just a few dishes and frankly the street vendors in Shanghai sell better quality be selection if your considering hotels I would look else where and give this hotel a very wide berth. Also the lack of English speaking staff even on the front desk is disappointing.
