I used Mohib to secure my reservation. He was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. I had some special requests and he was able to help me out. Highly recommend this hotel with great staff. This is a great location with a really fun downtown and lots of excellent restaurants.
Good, inexpensive landing spot in Naperville area
Our room was clean and comfortable, with a surprising large TV (though positioned a bit low for our taste). Wi-fi speeds were very good, averaging around 50Mbps down. Building structure seems to transmit noise easily, so weekend nights included a lot of stomping/thumping from upstairs in our 2nd-floor room. Lots of restaurant/brewpub options within easy walking distance. Very easy access to/from freeway. We had little interaction with staff, but they seemed prompt and courteous.
Nice comfy hotel. Close to Hwy 88. Plenty of nice restaurants close by.
Overnight stay. Quiet location. Nice, clean large room. Comfy bed. Plenty of desk space. Fast Wifi. Good size bathroom, two people can use at once. Free parking. Free breakfast. Plenty of nice restaurants walkable from hotel. Helpful and friendly front desk. Housekeeping did a nice job.
Friendly staff and clean rooms
The bed in the room I had was superb!!! Extremely comfy and made for a great night's sleep. Coffee making facilities; a fridge; microwave and iron are all provided in the room.There is a daily cleaning service ; ice machines on each floor and a guest laundry facility. This hotel is used by a lot of long term businessmen, so it's a good facility to have. Dry cleaning and laundry is also undertaken for a fee. The breakfast was adequate, if unexciting. However, items were replenished and there was a good selection of hot and cold dishes. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area - all within walking distance of the hotel.The staff were all friendly and happy to help and I would certainly stay here again if ever in the area.
Overall nice hotel.
Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent visit. Nice room with king bed and couch. Very modern decor. Fitness center had 2 treadmills and an elliptical. I found it too warm. Continental breakfast had the usual stuff, but opened at 7am instead of 6 am on weekends. Since I was traveling and had to meet someone around noon, this was a bit inconvenient. Many of us like an early start on weekends and to wait an extra hour made our scheduled tight. I prefer when hotels stick to the same schedule on weekends as they do on weekdays. Of note, our room was not cleaned on the first night apparently due to staffing issues. Would I stay here again? Probably if the price was right.
