I had called the hotel for a booking on 26th January and spoke to Mr. Vishal who was very co-operative and welcoming, he confirmed reservation for 3 of us without even asking for an advance. We stayed for 2 days (27th and 28th) and did not face any trouble with the service, clean towels were provided, there was hot water for bath, food was good.

very bad experience with this hotel staff I have booked room on 26 november 2021 For date of 8 th january 2022and next day called on phone number of hotel9172225446 to cancel booking and on date of 3rd Januray continously calling but hotel statt are using abusing language and text me message like (teri maa bosada) please anyone guide me what to do with such type of inferior hotel and not returnign my booked money 2296rs .very very cheaep person of Hotel .

Amazing Property - Beautiful

We had to visit the Temple at Trimbakeshwar. Stayed for 1 1/2 days. Very simple people and staff. They believe that giving service is a part of their core duty and not something which is over the box. The food here is amazing. And the location is simply amazing. Not only the staff but the owner of this place is a humble gentleman. He believes in cleanliness and maintaining high quality experience for the guests. Entire staff wears a humble smile all the time. The aura is such that not even the staff but the pet here ( Doberman named - Bugg) is so lovely and playful and the little swans around are so very cute. Staff here One named Mr. Solanki even took me for a morning around and believe me the place around is so very beautiful. The other staff Mr Pradeep, Vijay etc all are very helpful. Definitely recommended

After going for search on trip advisor, we chose this hotel. Main attraction is amazing view around the hotel. We visited this hotel in first week of September and view through room balcony of greenery over the plateaus was really mesmerizing. Rooms are clean and staff is also polite. Location is outskirts of trimbak and need to follow maps to get the hotel.

A nature lover's paradise. You can spend whole day sitting at your balcony. Entire staff is very helpful and polite, specially Mr Vikram (front office Manager). Food is cooked fresh and tastes very good (do try the aloo paratha). The location of the hotel is so beautiful it takes your breath away. I stayed there during monsoon and saw several waterfalls forming infront of my eyes. The experience can not be described in words. Though a little far from Trimbakeshwar temple but an auto is arranged within 5-10 minutes by the hotel. I'm an avid traveller and mostly I travel solo and let me assure you there is no other place like Trimbak if you love nature and quiet. And if you are in Trimbak I highly recommend Hotel Shiva's Inn. Even the owner is so humble. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
