Budget but nice
Nice clean budget chain hotel. Close to the airport with a basic breakfast included. Rooms are clean & no road noise. Air conditioners are fairly quiet & great hot water pressure. Car parking right outside your room.
A Place to Sleep
This is my second stay here in 3 months. The price is cheap and basically you get what you pay for. Didn't have any issues with either visit. We had a shower, bathroom, sink, fridge, TV, wifi, and a bed to sleep in,which is all that we needed. The location is pretty convenient. It is close to Nashville Shores, and about 10-15 mins from DT and right by the interstate with many places to eat within walking distance. Apparently, they were busy but we never had any issues with parking, other customers, or the owners.
"Extremely dirty and the service was "Awful"
This hotel is the worst ever! It is so nasty and disgusting! My family checked into this hotel for the week they wanted to give me a room with boards all covered on the windows, then they traded the room for a nastier room had to go in and scrub it down with bleach and pine sol and it was still awful the smell was so gross it still didn't go away. I work and go to school on line so the internet service was so horrible they offered to move us to another room . After complaining about the broken beds they decided to put new beds in the rooms, we had lifted the mattress and their was drug paraphernalia under the mattress but the housekeeper had been in the room a couple of days before so she either doesn't clean or they tried to plant some crap in the room so they can try to get their money back. I also witnessed a customer ask a woman from the front desk for courtesy shampoo and she was so mad because she had to get off her phone to help the customer. they whole family and friends live there and are employed there and they are all rude and disrespectful all day long they sit on the phone even the housekeepers sit on the phone while they suppose to be cleaning. The complimentary Breakfast is a joke they charge you $25 for the week and everything is watery and the same one lady had a hair in her waffle so sad. I also witnessed one of the staff members calling out the N word in front of a African American person and thought bit was funny but no one said anything not even the other staff members. This hotel really needs to be shut done to poor service, cleanliness etc.
Downright AWFUL
If we could have received a refund, we would have immediately gone to another hotel. Maintenance is terrible, housekeeping is poor and rooms are positively shabby. Could not get out of there fast enough the next morning.
Worst hotel ever...
I checked in around 3 on a Friday, and left around 4 to explore and go to a concert. I did not drive, and left my keys and my tablet in the room. I ended up falling asleep at a friend's place because the uber cost was triple at the time, but I called one around 6 am. I arrived around 6:30, only to find out that since I had not been there that night (NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS, I RENTED THE ROOM) that they rerented my room to someone else. Please remember MY STUFF WAS STILL IN THERE. And then they tried to get me to take another room, and when I said I want a refund, they did not want to give it to me.
