Made to feel complete unwelcome during my stay and did not receive the same level of service as other guests. My complaints were not listened to and as a Brit I will not be returning. When challenged to why I was being charged for services that were free to other guests they were unable to give a realistic reason.

I'm very happy with my stay in your hotel. All good, the room, the food, friendly staff and good service. The breakfast and diner were excellent. And the view of the mountains and village was wonderful.

Wonderful spacious room with a view

The room is spacious with a nice corner to sit and a balcony with a view (if you choose a room at the South side and as high as possible). All very clean. Nice swimming pool. The staff is very friendly. The food in the hotel is good. We missed a bit the healthy vegetarian and biological options. In a 6 minutes walk there are bus stops. The buses bring you to the whole region. With the 6 out of 7 "3 lander karte" it's all free. Also the lifts at the mountain area's in the region (Italy/Switzerland/Nauders) are free with this pass (you have to by this pass). We loved walking in the mountains of Scuol!!

Great hotel!!! Tidy rooms, comfortable beds, balcony with fantastic view...Staff is friendly, very friendly, polite, helpful and kind. Food is very rich and delicious. Highly recommended for families with kids. Good location. My wife, daughter and me are very much impressed by hotel and nice personnel. Will visit again. Would give even 6 stars!

Friendly bar manager with good English

Clean, spacious and comfortable hotel. Nice dinner at the restaurant and full breakfast. Enjoyed talking to the bar manager who was erudite and informative. Wifi patchy at best. Nice balcony. The shower was large and hot. Big place, with lots of rooms.
