Stayed for 4 nights in November 22 while in Navi Mumbai for a family function. The room I stayed was very clean. The reception and other staff are very courteous. Located close to shopping areas. They could improve the buffet breakfast; otherwise everything is top class.

Banquet for wedding at Shweta was well decorated with enough ambiance and seating arrangements Arrangements for Hindu Rituals being made in divine environment. Had vegetable menu having starters and main courses tasty and well served. The washroom facilities to be upgraded.

Check in was Nice. Friendly staff. Overall decent room clean enough bathroom. It took a while to check in however. Fresh bottled wat provided. However once in the room I found bugs in the bed. Sheets did not appear fresh/clean. Decided to change hotels for the night.

This is regarding the restaurant and the food I ordered from here.. nalli nihari the most pathetic dish I I ever tasted in my life.. and the most expensive one too.uncooked and they served lamb instead of mutton.. it was yuks,pls guys think hundred times before ordering this expensive dirty and stale food from Abbott, may be this was leftover food sent to us

I have been staying on & off at the Abbot hotel over the past few decades. Though it had a wonderful service and a great restaurant,the hotel gave a staid look. All that has changed now. I stayed in the 2nd floor renovated rooms last week. Have to admit it does look stunningly great! Comparable to any 4 star hotel. As always the food and service is par excellence!!
