service is excellent, as i got the reservation via online and got land via google map to a location , which was different call up the hotel and they ask me the nearby area and ask me to wait, and they really find me in 5 min, as i got confused by taking wrong way after coming out from metro, i was hardly 400 m away from the hotel, But i apperitiate them rather expaining they came to pick me up. Good hotel always ways through service, keep this up;;

My one night stand with this hotel, helped as it was fully sold out in delhi, they still managed to get me in, breakfast was with good choice, as i am regular to delhi, now this will be my next home, thanks

i come with my son, to performs in parade at India gate new Delhi with my son school team they are arrange room at Hotel Crest inn Karol bags its was very nice hotel and nice arrangement for our groups specially breakfast and dinner and main things are they allowed late checkout to 2 pm thank you team crest inn

Hotel is very good. Rooms are neat. Heater facility may also be provided in room during winter season. Service is nice. Reception is very neat and well furnished for leisure sitting. Cost wise it is worth staying.

It's a great choice for stay in Delhi Hotel Rooms are neat, the service is good and the staff are courteous and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the market and yet tucked away nicely three blocks inside a lane. It makes for a quiet and peaceful place, have not yet tasted the entire food menu All important destinations are only 2 to 4 minutes away which is a deal breaker when you stay in Delhi.This is really a place which delivers on its promises our tour is start on 4th November and my tour end 14 November 2019 is was wonderful Experience with nice hotel and awesome service by team crest inn thanks you see you soon.
