A very lovely welcome from the East Guest House, I felt very comfortable & safe here & would recommend staying here definately. Very friendly staff & helpful. We stayed here as my father was going to & from the hospital & it was very close by.

Amazing staff and comfortable rooms

We arrived in Delhi from Varanasi to an intense scene, and difficulty finding our uber. When we finally got to the hotel, we were worn out and desperate to relax. We arrived much earlier than check in time due to the train timings, yet the staff were nonetheless amazing. Booked by a friend, they took our passports and had us quickly sign some papers, before sitting us down in a quiet common room while they quickly fixed our room up. In the mean time, the lovely manager / owner organised some delicious omelettes and chai tea so we could have breakfast. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. With a working TV, hot water and a breezy balcony. The beds were nice and linen was spotless. All aspects of this stay were great, and I have nothing negative to say about it. It is in a great location nearby many necessary facilities, and is very safe. Thank you to the lovely staff and owner who made our stay so amazing !

Friendly and accomodating

Our stay here was organised by a friend of ours from Delhi. We didn't know what to expect but we arrived early morning because of our overnight train. The friendly staff greeted us and the owners and manager spoke excellent English. They helpfully organised an extra bed for us in our room and an early check in. They kindly provided breakfast for us while our room was cleaned. The wifi works very well and the hot water only needs to be turned on 20 minutes before use, which I am now finding a luxury among budget accomodation.

The hotel is not a kind of hotel we generally find. The management is not professional. The breakfast is quiet expensive. They charge Rs.300 for bread omelette and tea. The rooms are big and spacious. Well ventilated and packed with all the modern amenities. The rooms do have a shared balcony. Bathroom is clean. You have a lot of options for food around you. Overall a very good place.

We were really happily surprised by the cleanliness of East End retreat. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Despite is coming in late from wedding events of 3 successive nights they were so helpful. The breakfast is good and the kitchen clean. Thank you so much. Who knew it would be so good. For what you pay you will find it hard to do better anywhere in Delhi.
