Had a short stay, everything was good except hot water availability. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Didn't had food here so ...no comments on that. Karol Bagh Metro station is nearest, can walk or take rickshaw which is easily available.

Not my normal style of hotel, but I stayed here for a few days before a G Adventures tour. My first thoughts of this hotel were not great however the staff are extremely nice and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms could do with updating however I found this was the case across most of the non traditional western hotels. The wifi access was super frustrating however the staff generously logged me into the main hotel wifi rather than the individual floor. With this being my first time in Delhi i tried to venture outside on my own but it became quite stressful. After speaking with the reception, they arranged a driver for me at a reasonable rate of 1500 rupees (£16) who drove me round the sites of Delhi for around 8 hours and took me to some shops I had asked to go to. The food was good, not Michelin star but was tasty. Vinnie who worked at the hotel deserves a 5 star review - nothing was too much trouble and he also took me to a supermarket to get some snacks as well as showing me how to stop traffic. Overall if I was going back to Delhi and needed to be in the Karol Bagh area Id book the hotel again

its at karol bagh, just beside to afzal khan road which is a big shopping hub, ita also very near by karol bagh metro station...was der for official tour for 2 days..enjoyed stay der...will surely visit once agin.

We had prior asked for early check in and when we arrived the same excuse of no this isn't allowed , please pay extra our hotel is full.. LOL Then after lot of hussle they gave us two rooms but after charging 300 INR extra We had a busy schedule so no time to argue over same. Rest everything was good. Good breakfast served in rooms, we had tea etc. it was all good. Rooms were clean and ok. It's ok if you intend to stay in Karol Bagh area.
