Comfy and memorable stay!
Visited this hotel few days back for a one day staycation. It was an amazing experience and we really loved the kind hospitality of the hotel. They were taking all the safety measures, from temperature check at the entrance and complete sanitization. Check in procedure was very smooth and quick. They have also installed hands free elevator to avoid touching lifts. Our room was a studio room with alexa installed. Room was very clean, huge and comfy. Room service was quick and very kind. We dined at RBG restaurant. They serve really delicious food and the chef here was very informative and helpful when it comes to selecting dishes for dinner/lunch. We totally recommend you this place, if you are looking for budget friendly and beautiful property for your stay!
Amazing efforts by their team!
I had a confusion about my Breakfast booking from Radisson's website. The manager there, understood my confusion, took extra approvals from the management and got me breakfast and made my stay awesome. Also had an issue with Aircon in middle of the night, and the management was quick enough to give me a different room right away. The team at Park Inn Radisson has put continuous efforts to make our stay pleasurable. Happy with my experience at this stay.
New Year Eve
It was just WoW. I must say, it's a very good budget hotel with neat & clean rooms. Food was very nice and specially one gentle man Mr. Harvinder is sweet and prompt service person, he took very good care of us. Overall it's a must try hotel. Happy :)
Birthday Celebration
I visited yesterday to Park Inn, to celebrate first birthday of my son. Food was immensely tasty and served well All the staff members were cooperative but especially Mr. Tasleem (arrangement) and Mr. Mohit who served the food , he was too good and polite. Must visit..!!
Average Stay Quality; Can be improved drastically!
Poor quality beds and beddings, compulsive in-room dining, offering discounts on in-room dining but not applying them, billing mistakes and incorrect charges on the bill and lastly blaming the guest when their mistake was caught. I go to this hotel because: 1. The location is very good for me. 2. I like the ambience and the room window design. 3. Breakfast is good. Still have to find a fourth reason to like this hotel!
