Para dormir duas noites, bom e limpo. Banheiro um pouco velho e toalhas pequenas. Não ficamos em quarto frontal, que devem ser barulhentos pois ficam próximo à rodovia. O café da manhã é o essencial, razoável para sair e tomar um bom café fora.

Stayed one night, was booked for several, other area hotels and such were full at the time. Unfortunately I did not read other reviews ahead of time .........This used to be a Ramada Inn until a year or so ago. Nasty don't do it... towels and furniture well stained, fixtures from walls separated, missing lights in room, smelled of old beer and ashtrays. If the owner should happen to read this, put in the money to completely revamp or tear it down............no star would be a proper rating
The worst hotel I have ever been in.
This hotel is just awful. We have stayed at that hotel for 14 years on Columbus Day weekend.When it was Ramada it was a nice, quiet place for the weekend. It has been taken down to the absolute bottom of the barrel. No maid service in three nights, bad plumbing, The garbage cans outside were not emptied in three days.This hotel should be shut down it is so dirty. The pool has not been operational in many years.
Stay away from this place!!
First tip-off was that we arrived late afternoon and there was not a single car in the parking lot. The place looked really creepy. The front desk employee said it was because people check in later. The room was dingy and the furniture was old and stained. The refrigerator was missing one front "leg" and was leaning over. The faucet in the bath tub could not be shut off and water was running all night. The bathroom was not very clean. We wanted to leave but since it was just for one night we toughed it out, very reluctantly. No breakfast available. Before leaving the next morning I asked at the front desk where I could get ice. The employee said they didn't have any. I said that could not be possible, and he made a phone call and then told me the ice machine was on the second floor. Also, there's no elevator. The place smelled like pot. Not sure if it was guests or the employees who were smoking. We could not wait to get out of there!! By the way, it is no longer the RAMADA, it is called The New Hartford Hotel.
Worst hotel ever. Trash everywhere
And they overcharged us by $29. Advertised rates were $80 and they charged us 109, and this was in the middle of the night at 3 AM for a six hour stay while on a road trip. Absolutely filthy, disgusting, with a ripped bag of trash outside the side door near our room, loose electric outlets and a parking lot full of weeds and potholes in a dark weird neighborhood. My kids were terrified.
