What a beautiful and clean hotel. Welcomed right away by the staff. Coffee and breakfast available in the morning. We only had coffee, the breakfast looked great. The bed was super comfortable. Easy check in and out with the Hilton app.

Clean, Quiet, Friendly front desk

Stay for 7 days. Housekeeping was awesome. Front desk always greeted with a smile when you left or when you came back. Quiet even though the hotel was packed. Will definitely be back when I have business in the area again.

Salty clerks

First thing on check-in I was called "feisty" for having a different last name than my husband. What year is it, anyway? Archaic check-in process requires someone to check in that has the same last name as the reservation. Strike one. Strike two is having a whole moronic conversation about it. Hallways were loud and bench in the weight room was broken (though the.room.was generally well stocked.) Pool was a mass of screaming children the entire stay. Road noise in the room was ridiculous - truck air breaks all night from the interstate. Blinds did not shut out all the light Generally a cheap hotel, dressed up, with salty clerks who have opinions about my family.

Disappointed in Hilton!

Because of Memorial Day we’re doing, the rates DOUBLED. We got caught in rainstorm and only option off highway. Hilton rewards was 10 off and NO discount for military… on Memorial Day! Top it off they are the only Hilton I’ve ever stayed at that wouldn’t allow motorcycle parking under awning in poring rain. Not motorcycle friendly!!

Stayed here overnight for a work trip. The hotel was gloriously spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered great nearby dining suggestions. Would definitely stay here again next time I find myself in the Newburgh area.
