Clean, non smoking room 219 King size bed. My chocolate lab was allowed for $15 more a night. The hospitality from Alpa & Dennis was very good and kind. She even made me Indian tea. Getting to the motel was a bit of a challenge. If you’re trying to find us it is behind comfort inn. The entrance is between Comfort Inn & Waffle House.

Great place just off the interstate. Conveniently located. Extremely clean. Even the lot and surrounding property. I'm picky about certain things like the way a room smells. And I don't do bugs, at all! I don't have one single complaint nor gripe about our stay here. Super, super, friendly, polite gentleman working the Office during checkout this morning. I hadn't stayed here in the past so I have no previous knowledge other than this visit but the new management is doing a fantastic job!

The room only books for (1) person. $15.00 extra per nite per person for any additional people. Was not told this when I booked. The room is very dated. The room has an odor. Don’t know if it’s the cleaning products or if it’s just old. The rugs are dirty. No blankets on the beds. The windows aren’t even clean! There is no sign to lead you into the facility. It shares a driveway with another hotel. I was told at booking that there was breakfast. There is no breakfast! All other hotels in the area that offer breakfast are serving, not this Knights Inn.Sheesh! Not very happy with this Knights Inn in Newport, TN. I would have cancelled the room if I had known it was this unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this Knights Inn. Check out other places. They are better for just a little bit more.

Great value! Even with a pet! Best deal I found in the area. Room was WAY better than I thought! Super clean and nice! Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this place! Will book here again on our next trip.

Very friendly and accomodating... Clean rooms... Would recommend anyone to stay here for business or pleasure. The staff knows you by name from first visit to each time you return. They do whatever they can to ebsure you enjoy your stay.
