Newly renovated room is so beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and room was big and specious. Hotel staff from frontdesk to housekeeping are all very friendly. Hot breakfast in morning was perfect. Check in and check out was quick.

Stayed this past week here for a work trip. The staff truly go above and beyond! Vickie, specifically, was so kind and welcoming and helped me personally with multiple requests. All the while, she was kind and welcoming! I truly enjoy staying here each month when I come to visit for work!

The front desk staff were super friendly, all the time! They were helpful and welcoming. The room was clean but the major problem is with the owner or management, whoever has the power to update this hotel. Upon entering our room, we noticed a crack on the top of the toilet, a crack in the actual window where you could feel sharp edges, the sofa bed just felt like you were sleeping on coils, but the bottom line was when we could attempted to shower and the shower handle came off out of the wall and we could not get our door open with the key card after multiple tries The friendly front desk staff told us they would get us another room and called us when it was ready. The breakfast area is excellent, friendly service. There was good selection even though there is not a waffle iron. Everything was clean and the gentleman running the breakfast area kept everything stocked and spotless! Delicious cinnamon rolls, hot coffee, creamers, egg option, sausage, various juices, cereals, muffins and to go coffee cups. The bedrooms were clean as well as the bathroom ,the AC worked well and the rooms are very large with an extra space for the sofa bed but it's a shame the sofa beds feel like you are just laying on coils. Out of all my years of traveling, this is the first time ever I had to ask to be given another room for so many things that were wrong with it. Again friendly staff but I'm guessing it must be the management or owner who needs to update this hotel. They must be in the process of updating since they're working on installing a new pool and fitness center but that is not listed on the website so we came with swimsuits and workout clothes,disappointed to know we could not use those facilities.

This hotel is getting a little run down but the hotel and room were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. Every holiday inn express that we have stayed at has omelets, pancakes, bread and bacon. This hotel had scrambled eggs. No omelets, pancakes or bacon or toast available.

CHARGING PEOPLE FOR HABVING COVID AND CANT COME TO THE MOTEL BECAUSE OF IT AND STILL BEING CHARGED

its sad when they charge you for a room you did not stay in because you had people with covid and could not go. But they still charged you its all about the money not health. call and canceled asap and they just did not care.
