A little out of the way but that is why it's called a motel.
My room was neat and clean and the housekeeping service was upto the mark. Breakfast was a pretty good spread. The reception staff more than make up for its shortcomings. We were part of a convention so we had our own buses plying us daily. Its a nice quiet neighbourhood and there is a supermarket nearby.
The strength of this motel is the staff. All but one that I met were lovely and kind and helpful. The place must struggle for business, which is sad, but it is in a place where no one should ever visit. They seem to survive on hosting local sports participants and stop-overs for coach trips. The rooms are acceptable but more exhausted than tired. The worst thing is the food. Dinner is no more than a joke. The entire menu requires just half an A4 sheet to be fully displayed. The quality is appalling. Breakfast is not worth even the short walk to the dining room. It is not only virtually non-existent, but of very poor quality. Anyone who has watched a documentary about life in prison would be forgiven for thinking it was filmed in this dining room.
If Hotels rating could get negative stars, this one should get minus 5
The worst hotel in my life! I've been here with my 10 years old daughter for Gymnastic Tournament. Some of our "experiences": They shut down the heating in our 1st night, we woke up freezing middle of the night, the manager on duty still refused to turn on the heating and just gave us extra blankets. The food quality is just terrible, we were served long expired cheese, I felt sick for hours just by tasting it and spitting it. Also, they just didn't have enough food for breakfast, we asked for some yogurt and the reply was "we ran out of yogurt today". Even when they serve something it's was in small portion that on one hand was not enough but on the other, was so bad and poor, that we even didn't want to get more. Even if this place was a public kitchen for poor people, it should have been closed. They claim to have free WiFi, but the coverage was poor, specially in the rooms. I'll never come even close to this place even if they will pay me.
Very bad location and very bad hotel (motel)
The location is really bad, it's an industrial town with nothing around, you need to rely on expensive taxis to get anywhere or take the local bus but good luck with that. We booked half board, the "breakfast" was the most disappointing part of it all. I have been to Italy before and not all Italian cuisine is great, this I would have found disappointing regardless of which country I was visiting, a very poor selection of very bad food, coffee was something brown, not coffee and not Italian coffee that's for sure. Blankets in the rooms - some brownish itchy woolly thing with holes in it, looked like it was pre-war collector items. WiFi wasn't working for days until they got a technician to fix it. Buttom line - stay away!
