Cheap and good location but tiny

I've stayed in Japan a few times and this hotel stands out as very competitively priced. It's not close to the train station but it's close to a touristy shopping street and has plenty of restaurants around. Unfortunately it also has one of the smallest rooms. Struggle to open up a suitcase to unpack and pack.

My wife and I stayed in Niigata overnight at this hotel. For a great price, the room was clean, comfortable, and located in the Honcho shopping area. The city center around the Niigata train station in 10 minutes away by bus. If vacationing in Niigata, opt out of the hotel breakfast; have brunch elsewhere in town instead.

country hotel niigata is a good place to stay in niigata. located in honcho-dori, near the furumachi-dori shopping area. lots of good foods around. the hotel's lobby connected to yoshinoya, and the hotel located next to 24-hours minimarket. the hotel located near bus stops, just 20 minutes walk to the JR station or 5 minutes by bus to the station. this hotel is about 5-7 mins on foot to mitsukoshi and next 21 building. this hotel also provide free cable internet access to each rooms. rooms are clean, a little bit small (well yeah, it is japan..), clean bathroom. the receptionists didn't speak english very well, but they have a very good will to help us. i think it was good. if i come back again to niigata, i will stay again in this hotel.

〇良い点 ・ホテルの部屋と通路の仕切りが明確であり、靴を脱いで部屋を歩き回る事に抵抗がない。 ・商店街入って直ぐの処に入口があり、入り口にもバイクを数台おける。 ・周囲に飲み屋がなく、夜も静か 〇考えさせる点 ・男性従業員の態度がクソ悪く、イラッとするLv ・TVのチャンネル数が少なく、金沢TVも映る筈なのにケーブルが繋がってないとのメッセが出る。その一方U-Tubeは見れたりする。 ・ホテルの入り口と吉野家が直で繋がっており、朝食もホテルか吉野家で選べるっぽい。てかセキュリティ大丈夫なのか？？。

古町に近く至便

新潟出張の際に利用 古町に近く至便 食べるところ飲むところに事欠かない 客室は狭いながらも清潔感があり 飲んで帰って寝るには十分 さらに朝食付きの宿泊プランにしたところホテル１階の吉野家の朝定食無料券がついていたのが地味に嬉しい
