Enjoyable 2 night stay Arrived late from the airport in a scary taxi which rolled around the road - I suspect the car needed new shock absorbers A warm welcome on arrival - a very quick and cheerful checkin and very quickly in the room. Room was exactly as described - a never smoke room - clean, comfortable and while on Level 8 and close to the road no road noise Hotel breakfast fare was spot on - best to arrive early as it fills up quickly A short 20 minute walk away is a 5 story shopping mall - for me the attraction was finding a good coffee shop. Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Beilun - Ningbo 7-8 2019 Reception was professional, fast and welcoming. The hotel is relatively new and in very good condition. Our hosts selected this hotel for us to attend their wedding reception that was held in the main ballroom. Room 2301 exceeded expectations. It is a lovely fresh room, of a good size with a nice outlook over the nearby park and city. The bathroom is also above average and provides all modern ammenities. It has a full-size bath, with a separate shower and a separate toilet cubicles. The towels are large, fluffy and fresh. Wifi worked well and is complimentary with our room. The TV is of a good size with free movies as the normal foreign TV channels didn’t work during our stay. Breakfast is available but we didn’t have the chance to try it due to other arrangements. The location is great, being near a park, and only a short walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. There is also easy access to taxis, and a nearby 800m subway station. Concierge service was good. Overall, a very good experience that exceeded USA Doubletree expectations. The overall experience is five stars and would happily stay here in future. We had a great time when we spent five days in the hotel. Staff from lobby to restaurant and lounge are so nice and help any questions you might have. All of family had a great time in the hotel. Definitely will come back again. Again, it’s a a great location as well since subway Ian just two blocks away

Exceptional in every category including check in, room, Hilton honors recognition, executive lounge, breakfast, and service. In particular, the staff in the executive lounge were very kind and welcoming, and the evening happy hour in the executive lounge is one of the best in Asia. The pool and fitness center were also very nice and well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for the fantastic hospitality and an amazing stay! E
