Fui muito bem atendido ao chegar no hotel. Fiquei por três dias, o quarto é limpo e tranquilo, a localização é excelente e bem próxima ao aeroporto, lojas e restaurante. A recepção me atendeu muito bem. Café da manhã foi ótimo. Recomendo a todos.

Wasn't too satisfied with the room I had. Staff and maintenance need to be more attentive to the cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance needs to check rooms to make sure everything is in working order. Room 270 needs to be upgraded asap

The room was fine but for a noisy AC, Outside was a trash heap of cigarette butts and liquor bottles. And loud music and noise from parked cars and impromptu (perhaps) gatherings. There was little sleep to be had,

Antoinette the front desk attendant was amazing. I had a problem with priceline and while I waited on hold she went above and beyond to call priceline on her personal phone and sat on hold for an hour with me trying to resolve the issue. She is the reason I'm giving 2 stars because customer service like that doesn't come around often. Now to review the actual hotel. My first room looked straight out of a CSI crime scene. The mattress pad was so discolored and stained that I wouldn't even touch the bed and the door didn't close all the way. I asked to switch rooms and it wasn't much better. The bathroom door was reminiscent of a gas station door that was broken and purchased at a rummage sale. One would assume that a metal door would make you feel safe but this did the exact opposite. It was splitting at the bottom and the lock didn't work. The main door also let in light at the bottom and wasn't sealed properly which seemed to be a theme throughout both rooms. There were holes in the walls that were poorly patched up. The daytime front desk attendants did nothing to help and were not knowledgeable. Also the breakfast isn't a breakfast. It's a granola bar and a muffin.

The room very dirty , bathroom walls cover with hair bedsheets had blood room very and the carpet had a smell to it. I complained to management they did not care they acted like it was normal. No apology what can we do to help you and make your say better. Did not offer to change the sheets
