Following our stay we were charged 3 times for our room. Twice to our debit card and once to our discover card that we had originally reserved the room under. We have so far received a refund to our debit, but are still waiting to verify that the discover charge is corrected.
Lame all around. We will not stay at another La Quinta. FILTHY.

When we made the reservation, we were told that they served a hot breakfast and there was none. To top that off we were told it is CDC and OSHA policy. I call BS. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the interstate about 3 weeks ago and got a full hot breakfast. I hate being lied to. The work table in the room had a layer of scum on it. See picture. We cleaned it ourselves. Tonight we came back to the hotel and found that the room had not been made up and the towels had not been replaced. We were not told that this was the policy. I checked the lobby and there are no signs about any of this. We asked for a call from the manager and got none.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and had always been pleased with the accommodations and the service. We do like their pet policy, which has not changed. However, this trip our room had one bottle of shampoo and two small bars of soap; 2 coffee cups; and 2 water glasses. Seemingly okay for one day. But when we returned to our room after a long day with family we found the bed unmade and unclean towels on the floor and now I have no glasses for tomorrow. I wouldn’t consider it a problem except there is nothing in the room to indicate they no longer do room refreshes for guests staying more than 1 day. Had there been a sign I wouldn’t have tossed my plastic cup and would have hung my wet towel. I am distressed about this and don’t know if it is a system wide problem or hotel specific. If it is systemic I may change my hotel habits. That said, on initial check-in room was clean. Continental breakfast was slim(As a result of Covid maybe). And, there are some maintenance issues which should be addressed.

Staff was extremely rude, front desk lady was unprofessional, you could tell she hated her job. Very unhelpful, even witnessed her being rude to an older deaf gentleman. Everything else was fine, just disgusted by the ladies attitude at the front desk.
Don’t let the price fool you, not a great hotel

$82 not a military discount (it’s the normal price), ceilings leaks/when rains (falls in), tub doesn’t drain/Security sucks- chained/locked tool box stolen out of truck/no maid service/mold around window.
