When I checked out-Both elevators were broke. I had to carry 10 bags down from the 5th floor. It took me 4 trips up and down the steps. When asked for the General Manager, the front desk clerk was unable to contact her. I have made a complaint with Marriott Customer Service. I was told that the General Manager (Carmen) of Marriott Courtyard would call me within a week. Its been 3 weeks.I'm still waiting for a call from her or the owner. Do not Stay at this Marriott.

Terrible property

Have to give it 1 star coz that’s how it works. Terrible hotel, with an even terrible front dest/check-in staff. Only one elevator works which also is their service elevator. The only dryer in the laundry room was nonfunctional. The bathroom was dirty when we checked-in. Stayed here for 3 nights, asked the lady at the front desk both mornings to get the room cleaned and they never were. In the evening asked/told the lady at the front desk that the room was not cleaned and she just said “I don’t know know i got here at 5pm” Terrible management terrible property.

Rude front desk

Morning front desk person very rude. Like she doesn’t want to be there, so she takes it out on the guest. All Marriotts serve coffee free Or Starbucks. Well the Starbucks is closed and the staff is petty and won’t make coffee for the guest because other employees did not show up! You are lucky to get soap to wash your hands. Very poorly run hotel. New hotel with broken fixtures and ice machines. This place sucks because of the miserable staff or lack of

Toilet Clogged Multiple Times

The toilet clogged in my king suite over 3 times during my stay of 2 nights. This has never happened to me at any hotel. It is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient!! This seems to be a recurring problem at this hotel because the front desk provides a way to fix that worked once, but repeatedly

I stayed for one night for a quick work trip. Drove the extra distance for this newer property. My room was nicely appointed, smelled normal, and everything worked as it should. Bed was comfortable as well. My room had coffee but no coffee cups or creamer. The cafe downstairs never opened because of some staffing issue. The second floor had carpeting that had separated in the hallway and a broken tile. Overall was good, but I expected more.
