Splash no inverno!
Parque aquático coberto. Mesmo que do lado de fora do a esteja a temperatura espeta - 21° C , a temperatura do parque é bem confortável com água aquecida e vários brinquedos para as crianças ,inclusive com uma piscina de ondas
The BEST!
This place is great for families! We had no issues with sleeping, we loved the shower pressure and nozzle in the room and especially loved the Kahuna Laguna waterpark! Great for all ages, I have 3 boys 10, 6 and 2 and they all loved it! They even have a small arcade. Very affordable with a family of 5. Get discounts if you give them your email.
Nice Overall
We went with 4 kids and 4 adults- We choose to get a townhouse so we had enough room and limited the exposure to other people with this COVID situation. The townhouse was nice, but a little dated and not as clean as I would have expected. It wasn't dirty enough to complain to management but we decided to clean a few things better when we got there. The water park was good size for our 4, 6, 7, and 7 year olds. We always stayed with them around the park, but it was nice to be able to see all of them from anywhere inside really. There were only 20-25 people tops in the water park which was nice for several reasons!!! The staff was all very pleasant and the locker rooms were free which is nice. The overall price for the 2 nights we stayed was not bad, HOWEVER, we wanted to stay another night. I checked with the desk knowing that there were no other people at any of the town houses, and that the place was literally empty. We got quoted more than what we paid for 2 nights, to add just one night to our stay. I found this unfortunate as we could have stayed longer but I feel like it should have been equal or even less than what we paid knowing there was no one else at the resort this week. We ended up staying at a hotel down the street for one more night for a lot cheaper, so we could stay in the area. I would go back here again, and hopefully when it is warmer, so we could have used more of the outdoor property options.
Quick trip to New Hampshire
This was a nice place to stay. During a very complicated COVID-19 situation, they were very good about things. Room was very clean and comfortable. I think overall the resort could use an upgrade. Fresh coat of paint, repair to the patio floors, clean up the pool area some. I would take my family there again. Thank you for a good place to stay
Retirement Party
This is the second party that I hosted at the Red Jacket, and let me tell you, Molly and her staff were AMAZING!!! For weeks leading up to my husband's retirement party, Molly has kept me in the loop, especially with all the changes with COVID 19. she answered every email and phone call. One special addition she did was when we got to our room there was a personal note and a gift bag from local stores to my husband congratulating him on his retirement . When we arrived to set up, she was there on a Saturday night ready to help and to make sure we were all set. The food we had, prime rib, or chicken marsala was just absolutely mouth-watering every guest that was there could not talking about the menu! We had our waiter bring out the Chef and made sure we gave him our compliments! I will continue to have functions there just knowing that I will be in good hands! GREAT JOB MOLLY AND ALL OF THE STAFF AT RED JACKET! Lynore Wagner
