Boa localização pra explorar a cidade..

Boa localização pra explorar a cidade de Little Rock. Quartos bons e amplos, como o padrão americano dos Inn´s (Days Inn, Knights Inn, Holiday, Comfort, etc). Prédio estilo tradicional americano. Perto de tudo...

Avoid this place unless you like getting ripped off.

What a horrible experience. We checked out a day early & my husband was told by the clerk that an “updated” receipt would be mailed to him via email. When he got the updated email receipt we were still charged for a night we weren’t even there. We called the hotel we were told since we had made the reservation to include that night they would not credit us. We then took our complaint to Comfort Inn customer service who told us there was nothing they could do, since each hotel is owned individually. So, don’t go to the Radison across the road because they are owned by the same chain with the same dishonest, disputable business practices. This would have been our choice place to stay, as we are often in Little Rock, but no more. Avoid this place!

Nice and Clean

I don't know why this is listed as JFK Blvd, because it is on E. Pershing Blvd. Anyway, it's a very nice place, clean, with wide halls and an upscale appearance. The beds were the softest and most comfortable of all the ten hotels we stayed in on this trip. The sheets were very soft, thick towels. The room is smaller than the other hotels, but it is quite adequate and the comfort made up for it. Each bed has a down-filled duvet and four pillows. There was a nice breakfast - more than continental, yet not full, but quite adequate: yogurt, boiled egg, cereal, waffle maker and even biscuit and gravy. It is an attractive, medium-size dining room.

One of the biggest rooms we've ever had

It was truly a suite. Pull out sofa w TV, desk, frig, microwave in the front room. Bath separates the living room from bedroom. It was one of the most comfortable beds and pillows we've had. Its locations is close to I-40 but no noise from it. Bfst on the other hand should be skipped. The decaf coffee was cold, the biscuits were hard and the pancake machine didn't work.

Bad Service

My boyfriend and I stayed here for labor day weekend. A few unfavorable incidents. We were low on toilet paper so I asked the house keeper for more and she said there was none, so I asked the front desk and was told the person with the key would not be back til later. A few hours later 1 roll of toilet paper was brought to our room. For breakfast on Sunday we noticed there was no sausage so my boyfriend asked if they could bring out more, he was told no. We wanted to do laundry on site so my bf asked the front desk for change and expressed that he was going to use the washer and dryer. After washing he discovered the dryer was broke and was told by Hannah at the front desk that the dryer had been broke since the day before. She had a nonchalant attitude. Now we have a basket full of wet clothes and was told to take them to the laundromat up the street. There was no out of order sign on the dryer. Had we been told the dryer was broke we would have never washed there to begin with.
