Very Small rooms, Very small gym, not worth the price
I am titanium elite for Marriott. They would not upgrade me even though they had suites available. We had a king room but the room was extremely small. The bed was ok. The bathroom had a tub and shower but it was very small, the tub was not full size. The air was cold and that was good. In the morning I went down to the exercise room. There were 3 machines in total but that was all there was room for. It was ok but just passing. It is a rather large hotel so on a normal business day, it would be crowded and there would be nothing to work out on. I was given points for my elite status but there was no other perks offered. The room and hotel all look very old and run down. I have stayed at other Marriott properties in the area and they are much nicer. On my next trip I will stay at the springhill suires.
Excellent stay!
One of the most comfortable beds I've been in. It was nice. The room was plenty large and very clean. One nice touch is they had a free take away breakfast. It very plentiful. An egg/english muffin, a banana nut muffin, an apple, and a yogurt. It was great!
Thanksgiving stY
We stayed here two nights for Thanksgiving. We were very please with the hotel. Staff is friendly and the room was clean. My husband requested extra towels when he checked in on the app. The extra towels and such were in the room. My husband travels for work and we go on many trips. This is only the second time that what we requested was in the room waiting. We travel with 3 small kids. They liked the hotel to. We will be back every other November for family thanksgivings. We will be back here in 2021. Thanks for an enjoyable time.
Excellent Quality
The staff here are so polite, friendly, and kind. They make you feel important as well. Samantha is God sent, she bends over backwards to accommodate the guest that stay here. I say this because she has not only been wonderful to me but I have seen how she respectfully treats other guest as well. The rooms are very clean and smell fresh. Their Bistro has great selections of food and drinks. I am a traveler for work and I have been choosing to stay here for over a year now (my job site locations are all downtown). Whenever I would run into minor glitches with my room (i.e. television, or air conditioner) in the past, Oscar would come right away to fix the issue without a long wait. He is very pleasant, friendly, and humble. Needless to say, staying here at this hotel is a joy because not only is restaurants and shopping centers located within a 3min radius, but the quality and the upkeep of this hotel and the staff make you feel comfortable and it's worth the while staying here.
Home Away from Home
I'm a frequent traveler and have stayed at many hotels. This is by far my favorite. Location The location is great. It's in walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. Super close to Walmart, Target and Kroger. Easy access to the interstate. The onsite restaurant is great (as are the drinks...;)). Staff The staff are awesome. They are very friendly and super accommodating. No matter the request. I've requested a specific breakfast item be made at a specific time the night before and it was there waiting on me without having to check in. Sam and her team go above and beyond to make sure that you're comfortable and have everything you need. I enjoy using the app to check in because you can request specific items and they're in your room (e.g no feather pillows, extra blanket, etc). I would definitely recommend you stay here if you're in the area.
