Despite traveling for 20 years, I've never felt the need to write a negative hotel review. We were on a several night road trip in October and made a last minute reservation here on the way through Arkansas. Found the hotel no problem, and went to check in. It was one of those deals where the front desk clerk was behind a window and a locked door so you had to check in before you could even enter the lobby. The girl was south Asian so there was a definite language issue and communication was spotty at best. I gave her my reservation info, she took my credit card , swiped it and then informed me that they needed an additional $50 CASH deposit. Who does that? Even after they had my CC info? I told the girl that I had no cash (I never travel with cash) and she informed me that I couldn't check in without it. So I told her just to cancel everything and I would go someplace else. She nodded, I went out to the car, and then got a sneaky feeling that the hotel was going to charge me anyway. I went back in and, sure enough, she said they would still charge me for the room. I could see she was getting uncomfortable and I wanted to end the encounter so I told her not to charge me anything and left with her agreeing there would be no charge. Guess what...she charged me. So, short story...this hotel wants a $50 cash deposit before they will let you in the door. It seems really shady so I would advise you to pick another hotel. I don't believe customer service is high on their list.

The place was pleasant and good for business meets—the best place to visit. I had spent my weekend coming for a business meet and the staff was very welcoming. very hygienic place to stay. Even I can recommend for the family to stay. and restaurants are nearby to order.

The lobby is a family quarters for the owner. The management is rude, not friendly, and is not helpful. My door was opened unannounced by housekeeping. I was told it didn’t happen by management. There were hairs in the bathtub. It wasn’t clean. The parking lot was empty. This hotel was formerly a different name I found out and rebranded as Days Inn. It does not meet the Wyndham expectations for a budget motel. Go another 15-20 miles in either direction and get a hotel that cares about more than your money.

If i could give it NO stars I would. Made a reservation from the car the day we needed a place for the night. When we got there we were told we needed a $50 cash deposit. We were paying with a credit card therefore had no cash on hand and we were turned away. No mention of any cash deposit needed when made the reservation. And then we were told we would be charged for the room anyway. Which we will dispute with Days Inn corporate office. This place is a rip off. Find a Marriott or a Hilton hotel.

Very clean hotel at a great price. The staff was very kind and patient with all of my request.. had all around excellent customer service throughout my stay. Conveniently located walking distancing from the stores and also very quite and peaceful. I'll most definitely be coming back soon!!
