The room was extremely dirty. The toilets had dried urine and them. The wall looked like someone had previously urinated on it as well. Purchase stickers were on the trash cans in the bathroom. The TV had cords hanging from it, which could have been better maintained. The kitchen chairs were dirty. The fridge was not cleaned. The walls were well overdue for a paint job. In all honesty, I think the unit we had was owned by a private owner just based on how unkept it was. We have stayed at the Grove multiple times and never had a room this horrible.

Don’t book through prince resort

Prince has terrible customer service . They had a don’t care attitude and we now wish we would have stayed at the enclave in Myrtle beach . Towers needs to make sure they know this about their rooms….

This was our 5th stay at The Towers. This was our 1st time able to get oceanfront unit. Other stays/units were good. This trip we were disappointed in condition of the room. Not very well maintained. No pictures/decorations on walls, brackets and screws were there though. TVs only working about half. The one in bedroom only had one digital channel. Balcony door lock not working. Room safe not working. Light in bathroom shower burnt out. We book through Prince Resort. I text them about room condition after they sent me text asking how stay was. No reply. We decided to just make the best of it and enjoy rest of resort which was very nice. Maybe Club Wyndham units are taken better care of. Haven't been able to book with them yet.

We all enjoyed the lazy river. We stayed in June of last year and there were more activities that time of year. I like the close proximity to the beach as well as walking distance to restaurants and local grocery store.

Very disappointing this time. It was dirty, carpet was badly stained, not much in kitchen in terms of utensils. This was our 4th time staying there, and we won't be going back there! They have certainly gone downhill.
