Hotel bem informal ! Localização muito boa, perto de tudo, metrô, restaurantes, mercadinhos e lojas em geral. Staff da recepção super atencioso, sempre com boa vontade em ajudar, destaque para o recepcionista Robert que é muito ágil e querido! Apartamento bem completo, com cozinha completa , com utensílios, papel toalha e até detergente para lavar louça. Wi-Fi de alta velocidade grátis. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, falta algo salgado para comer. Banho excelente! Janelas com ótimo isolamento acústico. Tamanho do quarto também é bom.

The staff of this hotel and the location of it is great. A special thanks and appreciation to: Front desk: Cristal & Robert Housekeeping: Juan, Yohanna Many thanks to each of you for being such excellent service to my family and I. Things to improve and what I found Hotels weakness: pictures and descriptions of their room website are deceiving. They are really in need for update on that. Their breakfast area can be bigger and with a little more variety. They should have all day coffee in the lobby area like the majority of the Towneplace suites. The rooms on first floor should have some kind of sound proof so guests don’t hear every sound from outside and the hallway. The sofa bed should be most comfortable and the bathroom can use more storage space and towel hanger. The elevator is slow It would help if you have a mini market at the lobby for sale. You have a station bear by Restaurants Broadway area Time square

We were placed on the first floor in NYC and I was afraid of the street level noise but the room faced a courtyard in the back so noise wasn’t a problem! Tiny room and nowhere for hubby to work remotely or place to put suitcases but great location for plays! Decent breakfast too

Average hotel in the Times Square area. All of the hotels in the Bryant Park/Times Square Area were over $400 per night over the dates I needed. Later found out it was NYU graduation. This was only $239. Room was clean and modern with a kitchenette and floor to ceiling windows . No housekeeping services. Bathroom was small with a small sink area, fine for one person. No desk or chair so not ideal for a business traveler. Had to sit on the edge of the bed to work on this very small end table, very awkward. Request a room away from the elevator. It was very loud and very slow. Front desk staff was super nice. Breakfast was included.

Stayed in the hotel right after it was opened for the first time and have warm memories. Very friendly staff who allowed us to change our stay dates with a very short notification time. The breakfast selection was nice, room quiet and clean
