Delightful stay at a great location

Immaculate boutique hotel located about a 10 minute walk from the Zocalo. Fantastic location, minutes from coffee shops, restaurants, and sites. Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful(loved the Avacado toast!), and the bar is staffed all day and evening till 9:00 pm. Loved the infused water waiting for us when we got back from a day out around town. Shower was a treat; great water pressure, good door(no big puddle of water on bathroom floor), bed and bedding very comfy and of good quality. Deluxe gem of a boutique hotel. We are very happy we stayed here!

Had a 3 night stay in this lovely hotel. It is located in a quiet area 10mins walk down a mainly pedestrian road into the town centre. The room was well appointed with everything that was needed. Breakfast served in the garden was delightful and bar snacks were available in the evening. We had to leave early for a tour one day and virtually without asking they breakfast on early for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel but loud club in neighborhood was unbarable.

Really beautiful hotel, our room was nice, staff was great, daily breakfast is fresh orange juice, a fresh green juice or coffee, with pastries (croissant, Oaxacan chocolate rolls, or apple strudel), fresh fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, papaya). The big problem: There is a club about 50-75 meters away that is the loudest club I've ever heard. I'm surprised more reviews haven't pointed this out. We were here 5 nights, 2 of which whole neighborhood shaking until very late. Last night (Saturday, Feb 4th) it went to at least 12:30 am. I feel sorry for this hotel because it sounds like it's a new problem, and there's no easy solution. They gave us earplugs, which was a nice gesture, but didn't help much.

Wonderful stay! Food is good, there is barely any noise, rooms are super comfortable and the staff is beyond friendly. It’s full of lush plants and little water holes they keep the hotel fresh and makes you feel very calm and happy. The location is also very good, walking distance from hot spots.

Amazing gem of a hotel

Over the course of our stay in Oaxaca we stayed at 3 hotels. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of staying here first and spent the rest of our time missing this amazing place. Even the single rooms are huge and the two room suite feels like a large apartment with big outdoor space. The common gardens are beautiful and a haven of calm from the busy streets of town. The included breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The cocktails at the bar were wonderful and reasonably priced. The entire staff from the aptly named Dulce at check in through every member of the team we met were kind and helpful. I hate to say this but the rates seem beyond reasonable for what you get (our other hotels were more for smaller rooms and less charm) and I'm already looking forward to returning.
