O hotel fica bem localizado próximo da auto estrada e de restaurantes e mercados. O Hooters fica do lado, dá para ir caminhando. Tem um bom café da manhã, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. O pessoal da recepção foram muito atenciosos....
It was a pretty and quiet hotel. Sweet people that work there, and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and didn't have any complaints. :) Breakfast was good and they had a computer and printer available to print your boarding pass.
Great price for a nice room
We stayed here for 5 days and had no issues. Our air conditioning worked great the whole time and we like our room cold. We had a nice little balcony which was great. The beds were comfy which is a huge thing for me because I have back problems. Our room was clean and the staff was super friendly. I was a little concerned it was a bit far from the beach but with the freeway right there it was super convenient. We had the breakfast which was good for a little free breakfast. They had eggs and sausage and waffles and toast and English muffins. As well as cereal and some other sweets. We also used the pool and hot tub during our stay. The water was a little on the low side and the pool a bit dirty but it was the end of the night so that’s to be expected. Overall I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because there isn’t one thing that we can complain about and it really Is a nice little hotel for the price. I would 10000% stay here again next time we come back. Also shout out to the staff especially the nice lady who did the continental breakfast. They really go out of their way to be nice to you. Super friendly.
Came to try to check in as we had a very long early drive and of course we got send away it’s fine if the rooms are all booked or somebody before me hear before but if you do have a room open well why not right. But that was not the concern the biggest disappointment was than when we arrived and during our check in 3 people had rooms issues they got keys/rooms that people had been checked in already kind of scary don’t you think. Other than that the hotel was close to our soccer tournament the hotel was clean our room was huge and I will have to say I believe this is the first hotel that has true queens 2 of them. They do have breakfast small continental breakfast nothing to big just enough to get the day started but a nice touch

Decent value hotel. Took too long to fix an issue with the shower curtain rod, which caused a fall in the shower. Front desk clerk that I told about it showed no concern for my well-being. Promised to have it repaired during the day. When we got back at around 9:00 pm, it hadn’t been fixed. Next front desk clerk was apologetic, asked if I was ok, which I was not, sorr back and neck from fall, and he called repair person while I was standing there and said he would be up to the room shortly. The rod was repaired at 9:30 pm that night (our second of six nights there). The first night we arrived fairly late and they didn’t have bedding in the room for the pull-out sofa, the drink machine didn’t work and the front desk clerk was reluctant to offer a complimentary water. After about three nights, the air stopped working as well as it should, but it was bearable, so I didn’t bother complaining, then the toilet seat came loose. As we checked out, the same, uncaring front desk clerk was on duty. I told her I wanted her to know that the air conditioning wasn’t working as it should and that the toilet seat was loose. She asked then if the shower curtain rod was repaired and I told her it took a second req, but that it was repaired. She said she would contact the manager, who was not there and wouldn’t be there until after 10:00 am, and ask him if there was any discount they could give me for my inconvenience. I did not ask for the discount, so I was impressed that she offered. She stated it would show up on my card along with the room charge. It did not. So I phoned the hotel and inqoabout it and the front desk clerk that answered at first told me I would have to call back to talk to the manager myself. I got a little frustrated and felt at that point that I was getting a run-around. She noted my frustration and said she would talk to the manager herself and let me know. She never called back, but they did give me a whole 10% off of my stay. I was not unpleasant to any employee during all of this, nor were we nightmare guests. You wothink with all that I went through, they would have given one night’s credit instead of 10% off, which barely covered the taxes on the stay. I am grateful for the discount and might consider staying there again because all but the one front desk clerk were great, especially the lady that monitored the breakfast. She was such a pleasure to see abd speak with the few mornings we ate breakfast at the hotel.
