Had a quiet stay. Unfortunately there was a staff shortage so some services were lacking. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again when I travel in this area. The price for the room is a very good deal.

We were traveling late and needed a place to lay down. All hotel brands available but this one fits the budget but little on inside. We still stayed and glad we did. The staff was greatly helpful with accommodating my family. They even had knowledge of the area to assist us planning. We loved the rooms which was clean and comfortable. I will recommend others and personal jewel when in the area.

Stayed one night with wife and dog. Room was clean and comfortable. It is very convenient to the interstate with abundant parking. The front desk was friendly and professional. Breakfast was typical hotel fare and it was well stocked and prepared. I had waffle and sausage. The sausage had a nice flavor.

We were here for two nights to get my son moved in for his new job at Permian high school. For the most part the hotel was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. With the exception of the night auditor who checked us in, we honestly never saw one employee at the desk the entire time. We never had any encounters with the front desk staff but nonetheless it was a good stay. The bathroom could use some serious touch ups.

Hotel thaat keeps on TAKING

Reserved on line with a certain $$ amt per night. All went well thru check out but approximately 2-3 hrs after leaving we had trouble with our credit card. Took a look at it online and this hotel had charged us over $2700.00 for 2 nights on 2 rooms. At checkout, the final cost was $400 + And $300 +. I thiught this horribly high for thr quality of the hotel but I had made the reservations and knew the cost. We had to have the rooms so we paid what we thoght was a total of $800 plus. The excuse of the hotel is they had charged it by mistake several tines. Days kater the excuse was nade reservations online. They could chare whatever they wanted. It took approximately 3 plus weeks to get a refund of the excess $1800 chared to iyr credit balance. Moral of this story: EVERY HOTEL IN ODESSA MIDLAND AREA IS CHARING THE HIGH PRICES BECAUSE OF THE OILFIELD CLIENTEL. THESE PEOPLE WILL PAY THE $4-600 per day for a cheap motel because they get a daily per deim to foster the cost. Those if us traveling thru or going to our drs for medical are being Robbed. The office staff were rude as to the mistake and the owner was absolutely hateful. We were told we would have no choice in the natter because that was what they charged. However, after. Being threatened to be made big news and going to the credit co and 3-4 weeks the OVERCHARGE WAS RETURNED. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
