Mal cheguei no hotel, já fui recebido de forma alegre e descontraída por um sr no front desk, o qual me fez sentir ser um hóspede especial. O quarto amplo, muito confortável e ambiente agradável. Recomendo!

Ótimo lugar pra estar com a família

Fomos bem recebidos e atendidos, como se espera. O quarta estava limpo e arrumado, todos os nossos pedidos foram atendidos. Um bônus foram os cookies na recepção, deliciosos e free. A única dificuldade foi relacionada a tomadas, todas no padrão americano, só conseguimos usar um carregador do celular alugado. Hoje resolvemos este problema! Minha esposa, brincando, disse que estava se sentido no Bates Motel (filme psicose), ao entrar no banheiro teve a confirmação, lá estava a cortina de plástico que protegia a vítima. Apesar da brincadeira a estada aqui, muito rápida, deixou boas lembranças, vamos voltar para ficar mais tempo.

Wonderful Stay

This is an older Hampton but it is spotless and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Every staff member we encountered made us feel so welcome which enabled our stay to be very relaxing. The shower is amazing and the bathroom was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

First of all, let me preface this by stating Hampton inn is my favorite hotel within their price point. Secondly, this was the worst Hampton Inn room I'd ever experienced. When we first walked in, the room was very musty. The carpet had many spots on it and the carpet actually felt damp/wet under my feet. The sliding closet doors had cute toddler hand prints, as well as the inside of the 2 large room windows. I guess the parents stuck the little tyke up on the ledge for a better view! The pillows smelled like someone else's head, honestly. I had to spray cologne on each side so I could sleep without being grossed out. The bed was not very supportive and groaned and squeaked when you sat down. The furnishings were pretty nice, overall. The main bath mirror had a smeared blue film from not being cleaned properly. We were booked for a second night, but there was no way I was booking another night there. I complained about the room to I assumed was a manager, because after hearing my complaints, said she'd comp our room and take it off my credit card. I told her I didn't complain to get a free room, or even expect it, but she insisted and apologized. The staff was very helpful and accommodating at the front desk. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was way above average. We stayed the next night at Hampton inn at Port Saint Lucie and it was excellent in every way, so it didn't ruin my experience of choosing Hampton inn in the future!

Worst Hampton Inn ever

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. When I first walked in I was overwhelmed by the smell of some sort of air freshener. That was not enough to cover a very sickening smell. After an unpleasant night of sleep because of the smell, I finally discovered that most of it was coming from the shower curtain. It was visibly dirty. It had to have been quite a while since it was changed. Also the floor in the bathroom was so dirty that it felt sticky under bare feet. I took a wet towel and wiped it. The towel turned black. There is no way that the floor was mopped after the last occupants. The carpet had large stains in many places. From the smell I wondered if it could have been dog or cat urine. There were some good things about the hotel too, but it is so sad that the basics of cleanliness could not have been met.
