Beware! It’s filthy! MOLD and cockroaches all over the bathrooms. Dirty rooms with urine on the hard floors, dirty tissues, food in the floors, toys left from previous stays. Disgusting! Do not stay here just a fair & subtle warning

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Whatever you do. Place was filthy. MOST Alf the staff was horrible. Some toothless employee named Sarah threatened to call the cops , because I asked for my money back. We get to hotel room and it is very malodorous and a bad attempt at being covered up with febreeze. We get here with our 2 kids and there’s no TV. I go to the front desk and the manager (possibly owner) says “oh yes I know I’ll bring you one”. We do get a TV even though it’s sits on the desk and difficult to see from bed …. No big deal we will make it work. Then we get ready to watch TV and it doesn’t work. We call the front desk and the actual nice employee says she is very sorry , but he has left for the day and there’s no other rooms. He was sorry and would give a 20% discount. So we are left we a room for 2 days and 2 kids with no TV and he was fully aware if this and failed to disclose this information to me. I asked for a refund and the nice employee is trying to see what she can do, when toothless Sarah comes in hot and threatens me and says “go ahead call the cops , I’ll call them for you “. I never even mentioned cops. I just wanted a refund so I could go to a different hotel were me and my family could be comfortable for the weekend. They refused to give me my money back and we ended up having to leave do to harassment.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a family member at OU Medical center having a major surgery. At 3:00 am we arrived at the hotel for two rooms. There was a sign on the door with a phone number to call. We called it and the attendant said she was busy and could not open the door for 20 minutes. We drove right down the road to a wonderful Candlewood Suites!

The location is 'okay'... we understood where we would be situated so this does not affect the review. At first glance, the hotel looks really nice inside. The reception/check-in staff seemed to be there only for a paycheck. We were there for three days and the same dead crickets littered the floor to our room on the first floor. Unfortunately, there is little sound-proofing between rooms. The water pressure from our shower head was poor. We had to stand close to the shower wall to stand under the water stream. We depend on hotels' internet to help with navigation on our road trips in the US (we are from Canada) and the internet was only accessible, SOMETIMES, from the lobby. It was very frustrating and the staff were less interested in helping provide more than a sympathetic comment like, "ya... I know". The standard hotel breakfast was even something to be disappointed with. It was very bare-bones food fare. I dunno. I suppose it was okay but we've had better. We travel lots (world-wide) and this may have been the biggest disappointment for us. My husband is more forgiving than I and even he wasn't overly impressed with our stay. I do want to state that we understand the difficulty of employing staff at this time. The room we had was cleaned well so I believe the cleaning staff needs to be recognized for this. However, the hallway was ignored during the cleaning regime. I'm sorry, actually, to provide this impression. I'm usually quite positive and am known to look beyond what others may have issues with. I wish the hotel well and hope they may improve both customer service and standards of hotel service.

We had a pleasant stay. Had a situation that needed taken care of and staff did so. Our room was clean and the location is convenient to Bricktown.Breakfast was good and the worker there was working hard to keep it stocked. Elevator being out was inconvenient.
