great location but buffet so-so

Have stayed in Embassy properties before. Location and rooms great and quiet. We had two. One smelled like Indian food had been cooked inside it. Buffet food was not all hot first thing in the morning but Overall would stay here again.

Billie Jo or Kelly jo ( we feel so bad but we argued on the right name ) well she was so incredibly sweet. She made special birthday pancakes for my husband and was just so warm to our family. She is an asset to this hotel. The entire staff was amazing. The early morning staff in the restaurant all had just the warmest smiles and that can be hard to do early in the morning! It was very clean and while we normally stop at less expensive hotels for a quick overnight, I think this will be our regular stop, it was that good!!

We booked a room for business on a Purchase Order at this hotel & was told at that time they accepted them. When we arrived they were very rude & told us they wouldn't accept rhe PO because it wasn't for at least $5,000. I have stayed at several Embassy suites & never had this problem before. Will definitely not be back to that Embassy suites!

Rooms were very roomy, clean & comfortable. Event center was great and the made to order breakfast was really good. Lots of options to choose from. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. Hotel team was very helpful & friendly.

Room nice, clean. Employees pleasant. But hotel’s purpose seemed to be focused more as a event location then on hotel guest. Hotel workers were too overwhelmed dealing with large meals and the 340 people from a private party, that the hotel guest couldn’t even get close to the bar to order a meal or buy a drink. Same the next night. At the very least, hotel could have warned guest that public areas would be closed to private party as they could make plans elsewhere for food. Hotel should have a separate bar area for private parties, especially since there no where else to eat close by yet.
