Wonderful staff and establishment. We decided to stay another night and they gave us the same rate and got it so we could stay in the same room. The only thing I would say is a downfall is they didn’t accept cash but didn’t know that until we were there.

checkout at 12:00, nice, newer hotel in very good condition and good location. valet parking ($29 +tax) vs paying at the public parking lots ($2 an hour). valet parking is fenced in, so it is more secure than public parking.

Stayed here for one night to go to the comedy club within walking distance. The staff was great and the hotel was nice and clean. The hotel is also walking distance to some great restaurants and clubs. this hotel is perfect for the reasonable price we paid.

I felt like I was scammed

I have been a top tier (Globalist) Hyatt member for over a decade. This means that I have stayed at some fantastic properties, and also a few marginal ones. However, this is the first time that I have ever felt like I was taken advantage of by the franchise. I will never stay in this hotel again. The hotel was noisy, but the main problem was the parking policy. $33 charge for valet parking for a $108 room. - 30% extra. And the rather rude valet told me that iff I didn't like it, I could go park at a meter on the street. When we brought this issue up with the desk clerk, she simply shrugged an moved on. No help there.

After a long day of traveling, I finally arrived around 3am. The staff was alerted and ready to help. Self parking was not an option, but I usually valet anyway. Great location and only a few blocks to the Federal Building memorial. So moving.
