Worst service I’ve ever had.
Literally had me waiting an hour until telling me my reservation was cancelled And there’s no way of getting my money back. What makes it horrible and unprofessional is that if they helped me in the first place and didn’t have me waiting my reservation wouldn’t have been cancelled. The front desk of the establishment also looks like the waiting room of an insane asylum. Definitely the worst place I’ve been to and do not recommend to anyone.
DANGEROUS HOTEL-Prostitutes, pimps and drug dealers everywhere
We were greeted at 10 pm by pimps, prostitutes, a man urinating in the parking lot, and a guy trying to sell drugs. Cockroaches in room. RUN -DO NOT WALK-AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN!
This place no good
Well, first day when I got in, the floor was sticky, a week in I came across roaches and spiders, Cops are always in the hotel looking for someone, Clogged toilet, broken TV and front desk wakes you up early every Sunday asking for there money.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
We booked 2/14 through 2/21 when we came in the first night there was a man coming out on a stretcher I just thought he was sick then last night coming out to walk our dog there was 4 co cars outside the front door then this morning we woke up to EMTs out in the hallway as someone overdosed down the hall. Needless to say this place is NOT safe so my husband went to the front desk to inform them that we will be leaving early they said they WILL NOT refund us our money for the three days we will not be here!! I called Travelocity since we booked through them and Gina at Corporate 2/18 at 11:30 am said “ it’s up to the managers discretion” So your telling me that Travelocity is leaving my husbands hard earned money up to this woman’s discretion? WTFrig!!!!!! They would allow us to have a $100 credit on behalf of Travelocity to use in the future. So to recap this manager who is a woman has the right to hold our money due to her discretion????? So if she was having a good day then we could have gotten our money back but since she’s having a bad day we aren’t getting any of our money back?? Travelocity is leaving money up to a managers “feelings aka discretion”!!! I can’t begin to express my sentiments on how none of this is RIGHT and how Travelocity is ok with a managers “feelings aka discretions” on our Money!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Front desk staff and clean rooms
My stay was very pleasant due to front desk staff Demetra making me feel welcomed and working with me throughout my stay . The rooms in the hotel are very clean and neat thanks to housekeeping who made sure my rooms were nice and smelling good. I recommend any businesses looking for a place to stay while travel to come here. You wont regret it !
