There are some poor reviews for this venue, but my experience was very different. Room was clean and everything worked fine. 3 nights stay, no issues. Yes, there was a mismatch of furniture, but didn’t affect my stay. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. I ate there in the evening and had the buffet breakfast each morning. The food is adequate, nothing special and portions are good. The only issue I had is beyond the hotel’s control. It can be difficult to leave the car park during the rush hour on the Wolverhampton Rd. I would use again.

The room we got put in was absolutely disgusting it was dirty, smelly, moldy, damaged. All the skirting boards and door frames were dirty damaged and moldy. The skirting next to my bed it looked like blood splatters on it. The floor was damaged and sticky carpet was dirty. Curtains were hanging down. Wardrobe was scratched and damaged. Beds were thin springy mattress with thin duvets. It was cold. We were itching as soon as we got in there and my friend had bite marks from some kind of bug. Bathroom there was orange mold,damaged door frame, damaged mirror. We got told if we wanted a refund it means we don't want the room but it was 11 o'clock at night in a city were not from so we had no where else to go so had to stay. We got showed 3 other rooms which weren't that much better one stank of cigarette smoke, one was still dirty with damaged to doors and skirtings. They advertised the price at 49 a night which is why we chose to stay there to keep the cost down on arrival had to pay 67 same price as travelodge or premium inn. You need to make sure your added taxes are include in the price your advertising at. We were not happy about out stay with you at all I have never stayed in a room so disgusting in all my life. And conveniently the email address to complain doesn't work.

Abismal - VERY DISAPPOINTED

Room was appalling on arrival, poor decor, chipped walls, ceiling by front door was dropping and broken, whilst bathroom had chipped tiles in the shower. Very disappointed considering the amount I paid for the room, not only this but I received a call and disruption at my door being told we had to check out, when I had booked for two nights, due to a fault on their system.

Dreary horrible hotel. Reception is clean and well organised and that’s where it stops. We stayed in room 309. Where to start. The decorating looks like it’s been done by an apprentice on his first day, alone! There was some weird half laminate half carpet in the main part of the room. One of the two lights weren’t working, the light in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling and there was plaster / paint missing from the walls. The bathroom wasn’t for for purpose, too small with the shower behind the door, you had to do a jig around the toilet, close the door then get in for a boiling hot shower that seemed to have no cold water feed going to it. Will not stay again or in any other Ramada. First and last time for me.

Onie night stay for business

I need to stay in the area and wanted a reasonable price for a hotel close to the customer site I needed to visit. I chose the Ramada by Wyndham as have used these in the past and working on the same principle as Holiday Express, Premier Inn, that they will all be of a similar standard. On arrival my spirits dropped - from the outside it doesnt look imposing (a tad shabby really). There was plenty of parking available. Reception and the lobby was at opposites with the exterior - very clean and appealing. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean with a couple of minor issues (curtains not fitting correctly, loose light fitting). I didnt report these as I was only there 1 night. I didnt use the bar or restaurant so no comment there. Overall, OK for the price I paid but probably wouldnt stay again
