Hotel bom

Além disso, a localização é ruim.

Was so looking forward to our stay as our friends had stayed there before. Found room n cleaning staff amazing so helpful. Food was not that good for all inclusive breakfast was fine if liked any kind of eggs but my partner is allergic to eggs so times we did eat he had toast with beans. Lunchtime not to good either and same food for dinner only thing different was sometimes burgers. If not in restaurant at 7pm u would miss anything that getting cooked right away...... if didnt like turkey your were stuck Found out that staff was reheating week befores food. If wanted ice cream anytime had buy from shop. Ended up eating out most days as same every day...... Pool was so so cold no entertainment as we was there last 2 weeks of season but paid full price will never be back to hotel

Beware the keycard scam

Avaliou em 2 de dezembro de 2022

Nice clean hotel, good value and quieter location, only bad point was we were given just 1 electronic keycard (very tatty and used) and would have to pay extra for 2 for room (2adults) , next day it stopped working, The receptionist said we broke it by getting it wet or sitting on it (we hadn't it live in my wallet) and had to pay £20 for a replacement and she wouldn't give us a receipt !!! It's only after speaking to other guests we realised this was a not so isolated incident. Ps the tui holiday rep just said go and speak to the management.

Poor Experience

Avaliou em 5 de novembro de 2022

I'm sorry to say but this hotel is seriously letting people down. I've travelled to Turkey many times. Being a 3 star I wanted to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. I also wanted to give them some leeway as COVID has hit every business hard. However this is not a hotel that welcomes you freely. I felt judged and watched by management all the time as if they had a chip on their shoulder with tourists. Now I tried very hard to be polite and engage kindly with staff. I tried speaking in my limited Turkish with them in the hope they would see me as their friend not an enemy but to no avail. I love Turkey and I love the culture and the Turkish people so this will not put me off going to Turkey again. Here's some good points Spacious nice rooms. Bar staff tried to be friendly but are bullied by management and look glum and unhappy. The food was basic but I like most Turkish food so was not a problem and we didn't expect it to be a la carte. Spa was lovely . Staff were friendly and I had a wonderful massage and Turkish bath. Tui rep available every day. Now the bad and the ugly. Management sitting smoking and staring at everyone and always bullying their poor hard working staff. Cleaning was not good at all, pool areas dirty and unkempt. Instead of management sitting around why dont they to role up their sleeves and help out to make the hotel a better standard. The problem is from the top. Public toilets never cleaned and constantly left wet with slippy floor. Apart from reception toilet which was still I would say substandard. No toilet rolls and soap in toilets just hand gel. Pool sunbeds dirty and mouldy mattresses. Glass partitions all cracked. The ramps provided for anyone with mobility issues were extremely steep and not fit for purpose. If you have mobility issues do not go here Hotel shop poor and dirty. Bar very plain and boring drinks. No inspiration shown or interest in making it look nice. Flat fizzy drinks. Room not cleaned to a respectable standard. Very odd as the Turkish are known for keeping rooms spotlessly clean everywhere else I'd been. Mirrors had handprints not ours all through holiday. Sinks and toilet not cleaned Had to beg for floor to be mopped. Surfaces left dirty. Balcony glass left unclean from previous guests. Handprints. Also balcony very dangerous for little children. Mosquito door broken so loads of mosies in room and my family got bit really badly. Even with mosie stuff on. Swimming pool needs retiling and was extremely cold. I expected it to be cold though in October. Entertainment was awful and way too loud. Music banging untill midnight and all rooms are next to entertainment stage so if you want peace and quiet or if you have children needing to sleep don't go here. We got very little sleep for 2 weeks. This could and should be a nice hotel but it just sadly lacks respect in so many areas. Tourists are not valued. They couldn't wait to get rid of us. Never felt this unwelcome in Turkey before ever. There are so many lovely friendly hotels so please go to Turkey for your holiday as it's such a beautiful country to visit. Just don't go here. Handy tips to know. Taxi costs £10 return to oludeniz and £5 return to Hisaronu. Shuttle bus to lovely area of Blue Lagoon. Well worth visiting. To eat out it's got more expensive probably because of world events so be sure to factor this in when budgeting. Please be respectful and kind on holiday to the Turkish people. Please don't swear and shout at them it puts all of us in a bad light. It is a different culture and they do things their way. They are a dignified people who have a much harder life than us. They work so hard and in the heat. If you are upset about something stay calm and complain to tui. No use shouting and swearing at the poor staff at the hotel.
