We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Grafton. The staff can’t do enough for you - special mention to Tyler who looked after us over the two days . The suite was perfect . Restaurant food delicious. And the location peaceful & beautiful . Thank you

Wonderful staff, stunning hotel and grounds

We chose the hotel as it made sense geographically for an event, however, it was so much more than a base. The grounds are stunning, absolutely stunning. We stayed in the music room which was huge, a big comfy bed, tasteful decor and the bathroom is the size of most usual hotel rooms on its own! The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more attentive. We ate one night and had breakfast both mornings, all fabulous! I would hesitate to stay again and will certainly book again when in the area.

On arrival at Grafton Manor I was taken in straight away by the beauty of this manor and its grounds. The young man on reception welcomed me warmly and on asking him about the history of the manor proudly explained it to me and showed me around once he’d taken me to my room. I had a junior suite which was impeccably clean with furniture that is in keeping with the manor. The bathroom was modern with a free standing bath and separate shower, again impeccably clean. I had a lazy afternoon walking around the lake and grounds and had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman of the manor. Breakfast was very good with a good selection, well cooked and presented. I didn’t have dinner but the menu was good with a varied selection. I would definitely recommend Grafton Manor to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. 5 star at an affordable price. I will definitely be back. Thank you Grafton Manor

Stayed here nearly 20 years ago the place has changed but still enjoyed the experience. Lovely old building just off the motorway. Large room with lovely views over the gardens but really impressed with dinner.Although a limited choice the quality and service was superb only negative was the restaurant lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. Would definitely stay again for an overnight business trip.

Had an amazing g stay here, was given a complimentary upgrade to the garden suite which was soooo nice. Amazing antiques and beautiful all round. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, and staff were great. Definitely would return, only downside was I didn’t have linger there to explore as I was stopping off after a long drive. 100% recommend
