Centrally located... Good rooms.. Well maintained.. Decent service... Courteous and helpful staff... Rates could be reduced a bit... Considering there are quite a few newer properties with mch better amenities and services available... Hit water and room service starts only after 7am... A major drawback... A bit of revamping will go a long way...

Well m still at the hotel and my room which I booked by paying 6000 is full of FLIES and when asked to management about this.. they say OOTY Mai aisa hi reheta n it’s very common. Worst management worst hospitality, only good about this hotel is location

Poor Response and Worst Hospitality

The people working here are very RUDE and Demand High Tips. Hotwater is not available. Not at all worth the Money to stay here. Rooms are ok but People tend to be RUDE. The food is highly priced and Not at all hygienic.

Good Hotel for Pure Vegetarian People

We visited and stayed there from 18/11/2019 to 21/11/2019. The Hotel is having Pure Vegetarian restaurants serving south indian, North indian and Chinese food and also chat. The Hotel is neat and clean, staff is very co-operative and room service is good. Restaurants cleanliness is also good. Overall a good hotel for pure vegetarian people. Jain food is also available.

I have a bad experience in nahar with the housekeeping.They were not showing proper hygiene in the hotel. It was not expected from such a hotel.Had a really bad results.managers were also not cooperating
