Terrible stay at oxygen resorts

If you get amazed with these photographs of this property,then you are nicely fooled by the great boby chemmannur.just like their other resorts this property also below par and the facility they offer is terrible.rooms looks like heritage type in the photos and actually its a container type arrangement and the bathroom and rooms are lacking of amneties.hospitality is ok with the staff but i got irritated with listing if this resort as a four star resort.and people are giving five star rating is really surprising.looks like these are paid reviews.dobt get fooled with these reviews and photos.nit recommending to anybody.if you are looking for a lodge,then this oxygen resort suits you.please avoid

I have taken Oxygen Club membership in July 2022 after reading all the reviews. As promised, service and facilities of the Ooty property is just awesome, stayed for 4 days in Dec'22 and completely enjoyed the stay with family. Property is located in Ooty main junction and nearby to Botanical Garden, Lake and other sight seeings.. Big advantage of the Ooty property is sufficient car parking, 24 hours geyser supply, room heater, and tasty food. Of all the above, special thanks to the staffs for their behaviours and services. I especially want to thank Mr.Kalai, Mr. Saastha, Mr. Mohammed Gows (CRM), Mr. Kamal, and Mr. Elango. Also, I stayed in Deluxe room (fully covered with glass) and just enjoyed the stay.

We had a fantastic stay and very good ambiance by sasta and ayyappa. Rooms are quit clean and good. It would have been much better if the package was included with free simple breakfast and dinner. If it would have really been icing on a cake.

A Heritage Road touch property with nice food and just in time service

We had taken Oxygen Club package so accomodation charges were free. Food was paid extra and it was tasty and made to order. Wait times could have been shorter as staff tends to be less. Heritage property decor and view is anazing. Hospitality was good. Co guests were good. Manager and receptionist were helpful. Suggestion to hasten service and have some contacts and information for tourist travel agent and taxi cab. Being road touch one can walk to Charing Cross and catch bus to Coonoor and Ooty. We didn't use WiFi as data range was great. Bonfire is there at night. Heaters are provided in room. Geyser takes 15 min to bathe two persons. All in all a memorable and wonderful trip.

Awesome stay with club oxygen

I have visited club oxygen resort Ooty in this month for 3 nights. Rooms are well maintained and cleanliness up to the mark. Good hospitality provided by the staffs and are very kind in nature. Mr Kalai , Ayyappan , cooking staff & especially house keeping staff were so caring towards our requests.Food is very delicious and much comfortable for children. We really enjoyed our stay in club oxygen resort. Thanks to club oxygen and their staff for a lovely hospitality.
